首先我不是该理论的提出者PI(Principal Investigator)，仅复述+感叹而已。
其次，tend拿黑体辐射驳斥PI的深奥光学，可轻易被PI反打脸。
因为15度的标准黑体辐射曲线是已知的，Wien定律可算出光子峰值波长λ = 2890/T，
单位纳米。
可人家PI用精密红外光学仪器测到峰值波长小10倍，能量谱曲线的幅值比T=15摄氏度，
即288K的黑体辐射曲线，整体高出10倍。PI惊叹：15°C或288K的水蒸气，相当于发出
了512K的黑体辐射。

We should eliminate state tax all together just like Texas, instead charge
