high gloss好像现在基本没人用
卧室什么的好多都用eggshell
你的描述有点象是knock up 或者orange peel
好像挺多老美挺喜欢
这种texture看着有质感，且能隐藏很多墙壁的不平整
drywall总是不平整的 |

你得弄清楚你油漆的texture
否则就算颜色完全一样也很明显是补丁
如果是orange peel那种的，你用完全一样颜色的油漆刷上去也不行
还得spray on texture
你前任未必补得对，所以你看着像补丁 |

下天花板。看着好像是texture的，可以到homedepot或lowes买一罐喷的texture的涂料
喷一下，然后paint。 |

其实买85年之前的房子，石棉的存在是不可避免的，加到texture ceiling里只是建筑

如果天棚上没有别的灯，你要甩一根新线过去。有些地方象这样的Project不需要
Permit。有的地方要Permit。
如果DryWall还在，你要Fishing Wire。还要打洞。Stud上的洞不是随便打的，有Code
。可能要求在Stud中间，可能要求离边缘1 inch，可能要求要tie down to stud。有些
地方可能要求inspection.
补DryWall本身不复杂。你的墙和Ceiling有Texture么？是一样的Texture么？房间油漆
的Code还在么？你工具全么？
如果不知道handy不handy，先拿别的小Project试试。你这个是中等规模的Project。还
是不要试。
另外，所谓的电路图只是告诉你开关插座的位置和关系。不会告诉你电线是从哪个地方
穿过Stud的。你的Project，电路图对你用处不大。 |

主在1979年（这是房主自己说的年代，他是1975年买的这房子）弄了texture painting
的图案。我担心其中有 asbestos,所以要求在验房外我要取sample做 asbestos test.
房主同意做这个test。同时，他提出我们给他的pre-approval是在BOA做的，他说BOA给
贷款时间很磨蹭，反复要求补文件。。。，总之，现在他给出一个citibank的人的名字
电话，让我们去那里再做一个pre-approval。
第一次买房，不明白这个要求从何而来，也不知道这种pre-approval做多次对我们的信
用记录有没有什么影响。
我不在加州，没有抢房这一说。
还有，大家明白这个texture painting吗？我想联系一家lab，让他们去取sample，然
后化验，这个费用有多少？和房主说定了如果没有 asbestos，我付化验费用，作为我

there, becuase if there is a beam or not enough space, you cannot.
现在改位子就得把dry wall 给切了。Yes

be very careful not to cut a hole bigger than the recessed light can. Just a

我和女主人讨论家居装潢的事,她说的一点我还是比较认同的:有texture的东西,比如说
玻璃上的印花,纹路啊,这种东西最好避免,这种texture都是潮流的东西,意味着过了几
年当潮流变化的时候,这些东西就过时了.所以在选择的时候尽量选择classic的款,这样
就不容易过时.

要补油漆,更要补texture.感兴趣的同学可以私信我,我这里就不详细讲了.天花板上4个
洞,挖下的部分他们帮我们放回去的,patch了一下.补后的效果还不错,强烈光线下可以
看到补过的痕迹,其他时候看不出,再说谁会盯着天花板看个十几分钟,多数情况下只要
看不到特别明显的区别,就可以了. |

设计不光是风格啊颜色啊上面的，还有scale proportion光线灯光texture色泽纹理等
很多的design elements是非专业人士没能力考虑到的，自己想像出来的和真正做出来
的会让你感觉差别怎么这么大，他们设计的东西会更有flow，更cohesive，看起来很和
谐。而且designer还会有很多的resources，作为一个普通消费者，一些你想买的
pieces你不会知道上哪买，而这些对于designer来说都在手边。。。比方说，你会不会
觉得在一些设计师作品中那些个perfectly fit在图案中的某件东西你无论如何也想不到
你在哪里见过有卖的，如果你真正要去找，你都不知道从哪开始找去。我觉得不是专业
人士弄出的房屋，怎么看怎么有种只得其形不得其意的感觉，flow不好。除非你找到
houzz上的照片然后完全照搬，但你和人家地板一样吗，墙的texture一样吗，墙色你
选的跟照片上的有细微差别上墙效果可以天壤之别，房屋结构一样吗，自然光线和灯光
一样吗，千万别小看光线灯光的魔力！！ |

这种活是不是就应该找handyman来做了？尤其是还要match原来的texture。

我的心得是
1、 要确定主题 ---圣诞，生日，情人节，复活节还是万圣节
我这个显然是为圣诞节做的，因此选假长青树环为底。店子里还有卖白色FOAM的环，可
吸水插鲜花的环，可以用在其他主题上。
当时是我们从中西部搬来后第一个圣诞节，非常想念冰天雪地的美景。所以我定的主题
是：圣诞，雪，冷。
2、 确定COLOR SCHEME。这一步不一定在SHOPPING以前做，因为一来商店里的东西
有限，不一定有你想要的；二来商店里的东西可以给你灵感。
我在Michaels SHOPPING的时候看见这个小球，非常喜欢
所以我决定把颜色定为蓝色和白色
买东西的时候，要主意买不同SHADE的蓝色和白色的装饰，这样做出来的东西才层次丰
富，有立体感。而且这些小装饰的形状，TEXTURE都要有变化。比如
这个是不同SHADE的蓝色的果子，整个枝条成长形
这个有比较亮大小不一富有TEXTURE的果子，整体形状成圆形，还有一个整体成方形银
白色的暗示是雪花的装饰。还有银色的象是裹了冰的枝叶。
这些是蓝色银色的方形的小礼物盒，毕竟是圣诞么！把小礼物盒固定在蓝色银色 |

下，看遍专科，做各种检查都正常，就是对吃不感兴趣，还经力旺盛。找过若干保姆没
人愿意带他，吐得人家满身都是
我感觉他是一种sensory disorder. 他对食物的texture和味道 极为敏感。爱吃流质，
不爱嚼，嚼了也不咽。吃东西时要转移他的注意力，比如一边看电视或玩玩具我一边塞
进去，可他一旦意识到在吃东西就一下全吐出来。
经过俺全职在家对他2年的锻炼，他现在3岁，已经能接受很多种食物了，不吃流食，也
很少吐了，虽然还是不爱吃饭，可能喂进去了。你让他多吹泡泡，多吃些各种texture
的零食，总之多做口腔运动。
