You may want to get an 80 grit sand paper and scour the pot if it's new and
unpolished, if you want to be 100% natural - use kosher salt. Your arms will
appreciate the sand paper--much faster and less work. Unpolished is common

然后发现球移动到texture上之后就时隐时现了。
即使位于黑背景之前，蓝色球也成了蓝一道黑一道的，只有enable culling之后才能蓝
色才填满。
这种现象会是什么东东没设置对呢？检查半天也没找出问题，
同样的rendering代码放到一些例程里就没这些问题，
而有问题的程序中hRC等环境设置都从同样例程搬过来的，z-buffer，double-buffer都
打开了... |

of gradiant), make it as a texture map in renderman, then access the s(t)
texture coordinates with thedensity value, with some linear scale factor.
like i said in the introduction, it's a fairly simple mapping, of course
if you understand the dataset very well, you should be able to map special
data to special color in the colormap very easily. |

小孩十三岁就送出去，中文已经够了。以后读医科、电子、金融管理，又不是回到故纸
堆考核脂砚斋红楼梦版本，中文到此为止，一生都足够有余。多出来的时间，学好一至
两样欧洲语文，或者日文，一点问题也没有。
学到的那一点点中文，只要够读中国现代史，即可止步。多出来的时间，不要浪费，除
了继续修炼好英文，还用来学德文、法文、意大利文或日文。
因为学德文会得到精密的思维训练，学法文和意大利文会得到品味，日文更有含蓄的艺
术。学语文，不只是为了沟通、做生意、讲价钱，还需得到语文组织结构中深层文化的
附加价值。

上周去看一个百老汇的新剧，顺便去试了，感觉是到美国以后吃过的最好的中国餐馆，
食材选的新鲜，味道好，最重要是制作精良，食物的texture非常好。
网上说人均70左右，我们2个人吃了250美元（包括小费），但是点多了，菜量比想象中
大，本来还以为这种高档的餐厅菜量会很小，所以每个人从汤开始，还点了small eat
，主菜，最后还加了主食（客家炒面），最后实在完成不了了，打包了。饮料也不贵，
点了调制的那种，8块一杯。
下次去纽约还打算去试试别的菜。这家餐厅虽然地处百老汇剧院区附近，但是门面黑色
很隐蔽，我们走过发现门牌号过了，又往回走才找到，很低调，看来过来吃的都是慕名

。这些条条框框占了小公司50%的开支。都去掉，成本大减。反正有问题，可以到家居
版去问。中国人绝大多数找唐人街没有这些的装修工，也不是过得挺好。
还有汽车制造，各种废弃排放，里程数，mpg数据，安全性能。买菜车，买美国车，买
豪车的人不管你数据如何，反正要买。弄这么多限制，不利于发展。反正死了人再
recall就是了。现在又不是不死人，不做假。
食品也是，监管太多。finely textured beef也是beef,也是牛身上来得，又没有作假
，为啥不许卖？Nutrition facts也是多此一举，没有人去看的。Ingredients也是，没
人关心。标一下过敏成分就行了。
买块地，造个房子还要permit，自己家装修一下也要permit。修个桥，铺个路也要开会
，讨论，拿permit。麻烦得很。很多人因此打退堂鼓。要知道很多人需要建筑也的工作
，快点搞起来，增加就业和GDP.
煤矿业就是条条框框太多，弄得很多矿业公司都关门了。这些条条框框都去掉。如果死

发帖数: 3453 | 50 发现美国车真是皮薄啊，昨天洗车的时候，压了一下发动机盖，居然都能陷下去，车顶
也是。美国车真是偷工减料啊！！！
当时买回来换一个转向灯的，打开灯罩，里边的铁都不是光滑的，有很多流体状的东西
，一看就是焊接的技术很粗糙。那些留下了的凝固的铁水，对机械强度没有一点帮助，
净增重量。
还是Toyota好的，钢板又薄又坚固，又省油又安全耐用。
以后想办法搞下一小块样品来，做一下拉伸和压缩实验，看看Toyota到底比GM好多少，
再研究一下他们的Microstructure和Texture，好比较一下Toyota用的钢板到底为什么
比GM好！ |
