如果是从教育金方面来考量，529 要好于 UTMA， 和 UGMA. 原因是UTMA，和UGMA里面
的钱会算作小孩子的资产，从而影响到上大学后可以申请到的助学金，Financial Aid
的数量。
从投资的角度上说529 的cost可能会高过其它两个。529的费用主要是包括了开户费（
enrollment fee)，每年的管理费(annual maintenance fee)，和中间投资组合项目的
收费(asset management fee)等。
因为529有Tax Defer的好处，但是费用高于其他两个。 如果投资在529里面遇到的是市
场先涨后跌的情况，529的收益会大于其他两个。
但是如果遇到的是市场先跌后涨的情况，高的收费会进一步的吃掉本金，这样就需要更
高的市场成长率来补回之前市场下跌和收费上的损失。这样529的收益就会低于其他两
个。
529如果是用在 qualified higher education 上是Tax Free withdraw。
