不是说periodontal therapy属于deep clean吗 （版上的朋友告知的，还有我自己

还有啊，当时给我洗牙的hygienist反复强调说等4次therapy做完之后，刷牙的时候我
的牙齿就不会出血了（洗牙之前也就是轻微出血），洗牙之后刷牙我的牙齿已经基本不
出血了（therapy的目的也就是这个），我坚持用牙线而且一天三次刷牙，如果刷牙已

你具体做的therapy算什么，保险cover多少这些我也搞不清楚，我只是告诉你我自己的
经历，还有周围朋友听说的情况。我自己的保险好像是cover了一部分的，但是自己还
是出了几百刀，2年前做的记不清楚了。但是我周围朋友告诉我有的牙医比较会钻空子
，他们给你做A therapy，但是告诉保险公司做了B therapy，B therapy保险公司cover
得比较多，这样自己出就少了。
其实你刷牙出血我觉得已经挺严重了，应该做这个therapy，一般的普通洗牙不可能洗
到deep pockets，要打麻药洗的。做的过程因为你上了麻药也不会痛，别担心。因为大
部分中国人来美国之前都没有常规洗牙的习惯，所以做一个therapy其实是有必要的。

因为小孩子受影响的因素很多，目前为止没啥大的改善，想不去看了。想知道要不要跟
儿医打招呼？当初是儿医给约的，她们需要儿医referral. 而且前不久看儿医，儿医听
说他还不肯吃辅食，拒绝勺子，马上说要改成每周两次speech therapy. 另外昨天去看
speech therapy 我多嘴跟老太太说他这几天特别难喂，吃一口奶就起来，怀疑他是不
是reflux更严重了，还问她是不是该去看肠胃科医生，现在真是追悔莫及。今天又去，
老太太跟我说她昨天我们走后她跟她组里另外两个人讨论说我们可能需要考虑feeding
tube, 或胃部插管。。。等等，可能需要两三个月，在这期间继续练习直到他能吃东西
获得足够的营养。
老太太的训练就是给他一些口腔里练习咀嚼的玩具，然后force他吃一口没吃过的食物
，让他习惯食物的口感和杯子的感觉，每次都差不多。目前没什么改善，而且因为冬天
天冷没怎么出门，孩子 有些开始认生了，坐椅子里就哭，老太太强制他喝的时候我感

都是以思维上(cognitive)或行为上（behavioral）着手。 therapy

都那么难受,害怕治疗更不好受.

术之后要做半年的therapy。 我买的是学校保险，只cover80%。我出钱的上线是3000刀
。今天收到保险公司的一个EOB说我做MRI用了2700刀。
我的问题是：
1. 看到板上有人说最多能拿到70%off，还能分期付款。请问怎么argue啊。找谁argue
？ 是手术之前argue还是之后啊？ 3000刀对于一个学生来说是太太多了：（
2. 我的手术是今年11月，therapy要持续半年，到明年了。这样，保险公司说的3000刀
上线会否包括我的therapy啊？因为两个不在一年里面，如果是今年3000刀，明年3000

但是我让他指鼻子 耳朵 头 肚子什么的他都能明白，我说什么他也明白，还能根据不
同的歌跳不同的舞 所以我觉得他听力没问题，
但是儿医说如果18个月只会说妈妈，还是让去检查听力再作speech therapy

我能理解你的难处。要我也会推出speech therapy的。
我的儿子现在6个月，从两个月开始就不爱吃奶，2-5 个月的时候我和我妈还能在他将
要睡着的时候喂个2-4oz迷糊奶，醒着的时候是坚决不从的。但过了5个月连迷糊奶也没
可能了。这期间一直都在吃zantac 或 omeprazole，不见效。 Lactation
consultation 和 speech therapy 进行了3次，不光没有，而且让我压力巨大，奶也退
了。 换了个儿医，还是老套路，二期还refer了肠胃科医生。我们家庭会议之后，坚决
拒绝了。
现在我们自己摸索宝宝喜欢吃什么，多尝试各种食物，找到儿子他爱吃的。有时是牛油
果，有时是自己煮的米粥，有时是豆腐，偶尔会喜欢鸡肉和鱼肉，但要试。
我的推荐不一定适合你。但是我觉得各个宝宝都不一样，儿医熟悉的是“average”宝
宝，有时候他们知道的不如咱们自己知道得多。

不看名字，我还以为是我写的。千年潜水员也忍不住要回复了。
我儿子早产，生下来只有2磅多，住在NICU里一个半月，前四个月长得不错。五月已经
12磅多了，
到第六，七个月开始，我奶量慢慢减少，要加辅食，并加FORMULA。无奈他除了吃我的
可怜的一点胸喂，其他任何固体液体食物都不吃。拒绝辅食，拒绝奶瓶，拒绝任何奶（
我买过十几个种不同的奶粉和奶瓶及奶嘴，没有用）。整天哭闹。每天晚上要哭几次。
接着理所当然的，接下来的六个月只长了一磅。他14个月的时候才十四磅。那段时间简
直是炼狱般的日子，我带到一位德高望重的儿医那里，
儿医给他找营养专家，每天吃IRON，也进行SPEECH THERAPY，还去拍X光，检查吞咽和
肠胃。
折腾了好几趟后，我发现根本没有改善，在家里也用长细管子赛到嘴用用针筒喂，用吸
管喂，尝尽各种办法，奶也不敢断，但奶量越来越少，越来越稀。
就这样熬到13月。一个漫长的寒冬啊。娃每次看到白衣服的就哭，一到医院也哭，我决
定自己想办法，拒绝了一切医疗帮助。
13个月时，没有办法，要断奶了。这时我的春天才来了。

THERAPY.是一个老美的免费的组织,说的是英文.我觉得你如果是碰上好的理疗师还是有

我娃快到三岁时，本州政府的ECI service说三岁后就不能再给服务了，但他们很负责
地帮我们联系了当地的小学做了speech eval，eval的结果是说娃符合去小学上Pre-K，
但他的程度不需要每天都去，于是安排他一周去三次，每次是三个小时。我第一次带娃
去学校时，看到有至少一男一女两个明显有down syndrome的小娃娃也在门口等着进去
上课。他们都穿的整整齐齐的，背着小书包，都很可爱的。:) （有点跑题了哈 :p）。
我开始觉得三岁的小娃就背着书包去上学了，挺好玩的，不过想到这不仅仅可以在语言
发展上帮助到娃，还可以帮他尽早适应比较正式的学校生活，觉得挺好的。这个公立小
学还挺正规的，对这些Pre-K的小娃也要求dress code。另外老师发的资料里有很详尽
的教学纲领、目标和进程，看的出来老师很负责尽心。每个星期都有每个星期的教学计
划，每个月有report card，上面有详细的对娃表现的评估，以及下一个阶段的goal。
在上Pre-K的同时，我们也带娃也去了这边很好的一个儿童医院的rehab center做私人

我打球有肩部和左膝的伤。右肩部是因为一次扣球闪到了。左膝盖不疼痛，但是不能完
