刚看到一个部分是关于训练孩子睡眠的。
简单说
一般是从四个月开始，但他们发现其实从两个月开始更加有效。这时间训练孩子独立睡
眠只需要三天。
晚上喂饱孩子时候把孩子扔床上，然后离开不要再打搅孩子，第二天早上再来看孩子。
孩子大概第一天和第二天会哭的比较厉害，第三天第四天就没事了。
具体文章参见下面。因为我对这便不熟悉，觉得有点夸张。他们说的是否真的这么简单
有效。当然，我逻辑上同意他们的说法，越早训练，孩子依赖性越容易摆脱，有可能事

Claim了老三样， 有一个行业内部的Fellowship， 没敢单独claim,但是放在

两步法，第一步，承认review, authorship, 不承认membership 和 contribution。

40篇文章，一作10篇，全部英文，IF从2-40左右。一作IF>10的大概6篇左右，合作论文
中有2篇Nature子刊。论文大部分发表在Top 0.1-Top 1%的期刊上(based on total
citations)。在PL中99%的地方在讲第一作者的工作。我觉得讲合作的论文也是可以的
，但懒得去挖掘合作论文中的亮点了。好在第一作者的论文也有很多亮点。
引用：大概2000次左右。合作的论文中有几篇hot topic的文章，单篇引用好几个都在
300+。自己一作文章被引大概300次左右，有一篇100+。一作文章中有一篇被大牛写了

发帖数: 3883 | 38 本来不想再过问排期的事，可是有几个焦急等待排期的EB2朋友一直要我和Mr.O谈一谈
。现将谈的情况说明一下。
1。EB2C已经拿了3146名额，已经超过了限额(2987)。Aug VB中印捆绑不可避免。
2。EB2总共已批3万2千多（原话：more than thirty two thousands）。加上最后1个
季度EB2ROW和七月EB2CI的名额，今年肯定超过其限额(42,672)。
3。EB1总共已批将近3万2千（原话：near thirty two thousands）。EB1ROW和去年的
相差不多。中印各增加1千多。去年EB1总共拿了40,978。今年可能超过其限额(42,672)。
4。EB2CI可用的剩余名额是多少，现在没人能说清楚是1万1，还是1万2，还是1万3。肯
定不是***说的4万多，***说的2万5，也不是***说的2万2。但愿，7月大批的EB2I会减
缓移民局批准EB1和EB2ROW的速度。这样他们会剩一点名额给EB2CI。
5。EB2CI只有EB5剩余名额可以争取了。希望可以全拿，至少拿一部分（按照7月的排期
不得不使用EB5剩余名额）。如果能全拿EB |
