agent提到卖主有可能在我们final walk through 时还没有vacant. 合同里也没有提到
对final walk through 的任何要求, 只是说在closing时卖主要搬出并交钥匙.当时
inspection时卖主有大量东西堆在地下室和车库挡住了很大区域无法检查. 所以非常希
望在final walk through时房子能够empty.
我的agent提到也许/可能让我的律师在closing 时escrow一些钱当作押金,在我们做
2nd walk through 无任何问题后再支付.
我也听说有人一定要等到房子vacant 后做final walk through,甚至在closing前几个
小时才做完.我的情况是卖方非常希望按时close, 我的时间要求比较灵活. 但卖方拿着
我的deposit.
请教诸位的建议.多谢. |

现在买的房子差不多下周末可以close,今天和agent说要这周末做final walk through.
..agent说这个不是必需的。说一般final walk through都是double check for repair
...我们inspection 没查出什么大毛病，小毛病seller给了几百元credit,不负责修。
agent还说一般final walk through就是friendly visit between buyer and seller,
show you where the gabarge can is, how to get the mail....我们之前已经见过
seller了，也知道哪里去丢垃圾，哪里取信，所以就不用final walk through了
想问问大家，是这样的么？为什么我觉得应该是他们把东西都搬走，show me the

我的iron shot 大多会push。试了rotate club head 结果控制不好又hook了。昨天突
然想到一个可能的解决办法，就是follow through时右大臂和肩膀从下巴下面过。 我
现在的follow through 右大臂都快捂到嘴了，我想这导致我的follow though的plain
太直，club head rotation 不够。我在家试了一下改进的swing,感觉不错。一是
follow through的平面平了一点，另外上半身在follow though时的rotation不会被下
巴block.swing感觉更自然了些，club head 应该会自然rotate。我常看到书上说back
swing时左肩要clear下巴，但没见过讲follow through要怎样。我想从直觉上讲，为了
使整个swing plain更一致，follow through时右肩也应在下巴下面。不过在youtube上
看了一些pro的swing,看不太清楚。今晚我要到driving range试一下，看看效果如何再

title company签字。后来又说今天早上必须去签字。我agent通过电话和email转述很
多威胁以及push的语言，比如不签字，就要sue我之类的。我是对我agent非常失望。

（18日）签字，交 cashier check。但seller 这周六才搬家，周日打扫卫生。buyer
agent想让我周三或者周四去final walk through，我觉得seller 没有搬走的话，家具
都在，没有办法final walk through，想周日晚点等seller 搬走后去final walk
through。我的问题是如果我周四签了字，同时我周日final walk through发现了一些

父母的孩子不能sleep through the night，一种父母的孩子不能sleep through the
night but they lie about it。
我们家肚皮，幸运得很，不属于上面的归类。肚皮自打7个月起就能sleep through the
night，而且是在自己房间的小床上睡。虽然回国的一个月有所反复，但最终还是被老妈

只有说seller要保证房子是我们看到的condition，但是没有提walk through，有什么

看： 我们的房子inspector没找到啥毛病（用了agent推荐的inspector...)，所以不需
要final
walk through了。
seller应该是蛮decent的人的感觉，可是心里觉得不最后去看看不大踏实。
大家都要去做final walk through么？

Will close a house soon, out of option out of financing addendum contingency

经常觉得GROW WITH KIDS挺好的。跟着娃学到了很多东西。。。好比玩水啊，好比欣赏
钢琴啊。甚至是数学，跟着娃的数学进度，重新审视了一下从前的数学知识，居然发现
了新的角度，算是学到。
当然了，还有一个很相似的概念，叫LIVE THROUGH KIDS。让娃圆自己未圆的梦。这个

is it for parents who don't know English? This is a United Airline flight.
The connection through Shanghai has 6 hours connect time, which is too long.
The connection through Hong Kong has 1 hour 50 mins connect time, which is
too short.
The other option is to book the flight to Shanghai, and we spend extra money
to buy the flight from Shanghai to Chengdu, which can be as low as 500 RMB.

to backswing, then you should know how to follow through, that's why a lot
of books didn't focus on follow through.
also keep your swing thought as simple as possible, be less mechanical and
more natural.
记得某个golf legend出过一本书,里面有张夹页, 上面画了一条红红的直线,只是在最
右端有一个向右下的尾巴, 这就是他的swing thought, from driver to putter.

types of shots. For example, my son's doing windscreen wiper (more spin
intention), it is low-high-low, no way the follow through will be over the
shoulder. I think it should be a consequences of intention through contact,
right? |

Anyone has a good idea of preventing long hair cat throughing up? any good
products? I brush solo everyday, but he through up 4 times in the past
couple days but no hairballs . Eating normal though. LD is very mad, because
he through up on 4 area rugs...I need help please...otherwise both Solo and
I would have to live on the street~~
