在平时路上练的很熟的 heel toe, 刚上赛道时会觉得和路上开差别非常大。原因是赛
道上刹车用力很大（刚好ABS不kick in），脚根转过去踩油门时，脚尖踩刹车的力度要
维持的。

显。带来的缺点是转弯半径会增大，后胎slip angle减小，understeering多一些。
toe out 相反，可以加快入弯角度，减小转弯半径，增加后胎slip angle，增加
overstering. (我这里说的都是RWD或者AWD啊）
一个车的后轮是调教成toe in还是toe out主要是看这个车干什么用和这个车的其他参
数。经常上赛道的车通常是入弯踩刹车出弯踩油门，toe in会增加一点转弯半径，但不
会带来过多的understeering，但出弯的稳定性大大增加，踩油门的时机也可以提前，
踩油门深度加大。总体上是受益的。
3系这种讲究操控的菜车，toe in就没必要了。因为过弯速度不会太快，入弯也不见得
踩刹车，所以toe in带来的更大的转弯半径和更多的understeering就比较明显了。
最理想的后轮调校是入弯toe out, 出弯toe in, GT-R (R34) 的HICAS系统就是这种，
HICAS其实是4WS, 但道理是一样的。

0 toe 和toe out 会让前轮稳定性下降，轮子喜欢跟着路面走，好处是切弯瞬间更快捷
。假如车子常在高速上跑，toe out很危险。
一般街上开的车前轮后轮都要稍稍toe in。
跑弯多的赛道可以前轮稍微toe out，后轮toe in。

。目前是红灯还是绿灯？在你到达路口之前的时候是否可能红转绿或者绿转红？ 路口
前排队的车有多少？考虑这些是为了知道，你有多大的可能性会在转弯之前full stop
。如果很可能full stop，带档刹车就好，最后停的时候摘档，然后起步过弯(当然也可
以逐渐降档到full stop，参见第四条)。反之，如果有很大的可能你不会full stop而
是会有一定速度过弯，就是我今天想说的。首先我觉得有几个原则：
带档刹车
弯前减档
弯中带档
弯中不换档
弯中少刹车
档位匹配
转速匹配
在这个原则下，空档入弯的，踩离合入弯的就都不考虑了。过弯后减档也先不考虑。不
考虑并不是说不可以，手动档灵活性很大，只要你清楚知道你在干什么，没问题。
假设过一个90度弯，合适的档位是2档。我觉得有两种可行的方法。
第一种： 弯前逐渐减速，低于2k转就换高档。一般90度的弯前已经到了2档，带档入弯
，加油出弯，升档。
第二种： 弯前逐渐减速不换高档，入弯前速度较慢的时候直接换2档，过弯，加油，升
档。
