Quite a bit of girls do this anyways if you look closely enough at comps.

1. do you like pointy toes? I would personally go with Elisa b/c Chiara's
pointy toe extends longer than i could appreciate.. it kind of looks old to
me. But it's really a matter of personal preference.
2. can you handle 4" heels? keep in mind that Elisa has a minor platform
built in it, which makes the height manageable; HOWEVER, you know CL's not
too good at platform designs, the toebox is going to squeeze a little bit,
as reported by a lot of customers.

如果弧线平滑，toe box就要做的细长，这样穿一段时间后，脚趾根上方容易出现深度
褶皱和鼓包，如果toe box没有特别加固的话， toe box 就会collapse.这是dress
shoe的大忌。单单挑细窄鞋也不行，皮子总是会延展的，到时候脚趾处撑出来也难看。

我虽然没有track过，但是local从来都heel toe，也算练了好几年了。虽然大多数时候
速度很慢转速很低，但是反而更有利于练习，因为稍微搞不好车就震一下。现在可以3k
转左右从5连续heel-toe到2车身完全平稳，很有成就感。
有次看到一个说法，猛然惊醒：Heel-toe on public roads is the No.1 symptom of
midlife crisis.

对，全过程都踩着刹车。虽然说起来很复杂，但因为踩离合、点油、进档是同时完成的
，所以也不需要啥协调，猛一下完成就好。然后松离合不能太猛，就跟一般进档松离合
一样稍微hessitate一下，比较顺滑。松离合的这点时间，就够转速往下掉500的了。然
后马上就可以继续下一个降档。没必要非等到2k转。快速连续heel toe的话，从5降到2
了转速其实比5档时还高呢。
另外两个练习的经验：第一，其实刹车踩得比较猛时还更容易smooth，因为松离合时
engine brake切入感觉不明显。你一开始可以试试红灯前晚点、猛点刹车，然后练习（
后面没车时）。第二，一开始手忙脚乱，没搞好的话可能会打齿，打击信心。这时可以
不松离合，做那三样后左脚死死地钉在地上。这样不会打齿，多试几次三样动作熟练了
以后再考虑怎样松离合比较smooth。
我纯自学手动，开了几个月后就想练这个，然后几天就练熟了。的确不是什么难事，除
非你的踏板位置不适合heel toe，那样就不好办了，我试驾bmw时从来没有成功heel
toe过。 |

本稳定的camber&toe）和对于bodyroll的控制（过弯侧倾的时候补camber并调整前后的
toe调节操控，刹车的时候toe in,etc）是矛盾的。去掉大部分body roll之后这个矛盾
就小了很多。
当然轮胎load不同，slip angle不同的补偿这个还是躲不掉的。但不是很明白你说的“
