发帖数: 552 | 1 职位描述非常模糊非常general, 问search chair具体想招什么人，他都说不出来，只
说他不在这个领域，不清楚。我做的领域项目有A,B,C。job talk之前individual
meeting，SC一个资深教授对我很positive, 说这个职位我的背景最match，因为我做过
B topic，这个职位主要是为了和他合作，而且还说看过我发的文章和书之类。结果我
有点懵，因为job talk由于时间有限我只详细准备了A,略讲B和C.发现系主任对我的A
topic非常感兴趣。然后有个老师反馈说我不应该不详细讲B topic。问题是这个我也不
知道他们感兴趣什么话题啊。总之除了那个资深老师和系主任相对positive,其他人从
头到尾都是像应付差事一样，态度语气甚至很tough。话说如果这个职位真是为了那个
资深老教授团队的，我应该是最match的啊。但不知这个job talk没详细说那个topic会
不会有问题啊？唉，真是众口难调。大家怎么看这个面试?还有戏不?谢谢 |

今天去参加了公司的interview workshop, 讲怎么面试，怎么评分，怎么决定。主讲做
过hiring committee, 应该是比较资深，供大家参考。
－打分系统，公司推荐用的标准:
1.0: 不要hire，hire这个人我就辞职
2.0: 可以hire, 也可以不hire
3.0: 建议hire
4.0: 一定要这个人，他没来我就辞职
但实际上大家常用的标准是：
2.1: strongly no hire
2.7/2.8: border line case
3.0: hire him
3.4: strong hire
－如果你平均能到2.7/2.8, 差不多可以送hiring committee.
－onsite和offer的比例大致是1:5，比我想象的要高很多
－网上经常有人抱怨：题目都做出来了，也是对的，还是被拒了。面试官写报告时，很

醒，一个月就有过8个小时的记录。但因为我们开始喂养不规律，马上就回到了2，3个
小时一醒的状态 （天使潜力的宝宝也能被我养成这样，真是泪奔啊）。在我宝宝3个多
月我面临着宝宝白天不肯吃奶瓶， 抱睡着哄睡或奶睡，nap只有半个小时，晚上要奶睡
，中间要醒3，4次甚至更多，胸喂+奶睡我简直就是人体pacifier。我觉得都快要崩溃

做等等，经常你晚提出几分钟，别人就说了跟你很像的idea.所以得快说。不管谁组织
，大家热烈发言。组织者也不好打断不是。大家也都按着agenda走，没有off topic.
on topic的话还来不及说呢。。。如果有个人off topic了。旁边就有人打断说，你off
topic 了。我们会后再说你那个问题。我认为我们正讨论的问题该这样这样。。。
我现在的问题就是我虽然能发言，但是好像引起了项目里的几个人的不满。我在项目里
更接近个lead的role，但是没有official lead title, 周围的人级别也有不少比我高
。这也许也是别人不满的原因之一。我也担心自
己过于aggressive了。怎么才能知道自己是不是适度aggressive呢？

BF需要删的是那些谩骂帖，需要封的是谩骂的ID。UCSD的topic又不是什么罪大恶极，
少儿不宜，BM完全没有必要把脏水和孩子一块泼出去。
bbs本来就应该兼存并取，可以容纳各种声音，各种意见。不能因为某些人不喜欢某些
topic，这些topic就不能存在。别人能容忍你分享吃吃喝喝的快乐，你就要允许人家发
发牢骚，逗逗闷子。别人能容忍你交流种瓜种豆的心得，你就要允许别人讨论去哪里钓
鱼，旅游，打枪。。。。。。
都是灌水，你不喜欢的topic，绕道走，没人请你非看不可。来bbs混，这点度量都没有
，干脆回家自己作一个bbs，自己玩得了。
我们不指望每个ID都有这样心态和度量。谁要有抱怨，我们管不着，也懒得管。但是BZ
，BF要坚持兼存并取的大原则，bbs才能成为大多数人喜欢的地方。sd版已经够闷的了
，我们不要让它更闷了。
具体到UCSD事件，有人愿意通过各种途径帮着做些事情，我从心底里佩服。但是您也完
全没有必要批评或埋怨那些不做事情的，把精力放到做事情上岂不更好。围观的诸位，

是造Capsaicin的原料。好处还不少，有抗炎止痛， 促进心血管循环，促进消化。我也
是到了美国才发现，从国内来的几乎没有不吃辣的（除了我），以前我室友， 湖南来
的， 吃饭就是西兰花加上老干妈。好处很多，当然如果有消化道溃疡的要当心，而且
也会可能对其他药物有干扰，比如抗高血压药，因为会产生catecholamine儿茶酚胺.有
兴趣的可以看看。
