本来房市再回暖两三年，他们大概可以熬过来了吧。这下惨了，等他们出动看完房的时
候，却发现原来四居室的梦想，现在又变回稍微大一点的三居室了。三居室到三居室，
也许这些人就决定在现在的三居室里面继续再住5年了吧。

刚律师回复了，因为发现了carpenter ant在deck上，所以我们可以cancel tract损失
律师费和inspection的费用。说服老公放弃了，主要是楼上木地板有变形和翘起的迹象
。所以我们一直认为agent说的owner很有钱，维护很好的话不可信。所以决定放弃。
交学费了，第一次看房就被忽悠的下了offer当时因为agent说房子多热多热的，拱着我
们下了不低的价格。决定不再用这个agent完全是为seller，还说免费为我们服务，太
单纯了！哎！ |
