酸奶果汁这些都吃了就吐，所以我感觉最近尿量特别少，就让大夫给做了个尿检，结果
说尿道感染（Urinary tract infection)，夫给开了一种抗生素胶囊，名字是
Nitrofurantoin Mono/Mac 100MG CAPS.
不知道这种感染会不会影响Baby？需要做什么检查看Baby是不是被传染了？
另外，这个药的详细说明上说use of this medicine is not recommended if you are
pregnant and at term (38 to 42 weeks pregnant).不知道我现在12周吃是不是安全？

是治疗尿路感染的，现在有两个版本，中文查出来的名字叫呋喃妥因，说呋喃妥因可透
过胎盘屏障，而胎儿酶系尚未发育完全，故妊娠后期孕妇不宜应用，足月孕妇禁用，以
避免胎儿发生溶血性贫血的可能。
英文版本是说在快生产前的2-4个星期不能用，以下是BABY CENTER的内容：

test (urine and blood test at ~6 wks) showed that I have urine tract
infection due to Group B Strep, (10,000-25,000). She prescribed Amplicilin
to me. I checked that it is generally considered safe during pregnancy but
I am just not comfortable taking pills in the first trimester. Anyone who
has similar experience and can share with me? I am really hesitant to take

这是国内网上找到的。
尿路感染是小儿泌尿道常见疾病之一，而女宝宝较男宝宝而言，更易受感染，其原因是
女宝宝的尿道较短，长仅1cm（性成熟期3-5cm），会阴亦短，外口接肛门，易受粪便污
染。
一旦得了此病，大龄儿童会有尿频、尿急等症状，而小宝宝往往有全身症状，如发烧、
哭闹等。更进一步确诊，则需要带宝宝去医院化验尿常规及中段尿培养等。如果宝宝在
得了尿路感染后经正规治疗，仍有反复发作的话，妈妈就要警惕宝宝是否有先天性肾、
输尿管、膀胱畸形。
平时应该鼓励宝宝多饮水，在宝宝大便后及时帮他清洁外限部，勤换尿布等，以免感染。
