夏洛特的所谓“反歧视”法案，里面有一个关键条款就是允许所谓的transgender 任意
使用女厕所和更衣室， 只要他们自己声称是女的
这个“任意使用厕所”法案给那些二流子和sex offender以可乘之机，严重侵犯了正常
女性和女孩子的安全和隐私。
这就是左逼们的追求
这个“任意使用厕所”法案在北卡夏洛特通过， 但是随后北卡州立立法机关通过了法

因为“厕所条款”已经被删除，所以我不能确定原文里是否有TRANSGENDER这词（也许
你可以找到原文？），但许多媒体在报道这事的时候都直接用TRANSGENDER。这也有问
题吗？看看你自己在11楼写的:“A paragraph specifying that no business open to
the public could deny a transgender person ...”，你不是自己都用TRANSGENDER
这个词吗？怎么现在你又说这是谎话呢？:-)

disorder，即“这不是病，只是和别人不一样”。如果承认了这一点，他们拒绝治疗，
要求权益，就成了理所应当。反之，如果承认这是病，那么对他们进行治疗，就不算是

PRINCETON, NJ -- The inaugural results of a new Gallup question -- posed to
more than 120,000 U.S. adults thus far -- shows that 3.4% say "yes" when
asked if they identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender.

comeandgo认同，transgender属于有病（mental disorder）。
既然有病，就要么自己病在家里不要出来打扰别人，要出来融入社会，就要接受治疗。
而不是我有病我是大爷，你们都要让着我，按照我的病情来决定社会的运转。
比如你得了传染病，你应该在家休养。出来接触社会，尽量不要打扰、传染给正常人。
如果是恶性传染病，那么可能会将你强制隔离。这种情况不是歧视病人，而是为了社会
的安全。作为病人，你必须得接受这样的安排。
再举个mental的。比如你有Schizophrenia，医生会鼓励你接受治疗，包括心理医生的
session和药物治疗。这不是歧视病人，而是为了病人好。如果不鼓励治疗，而是大家
陪着你演精神分裂后的角色，那对病人的病情是火上浇油。
回到Transgender，现在的问题就是一部分人不肯像comeandgo一样承认这是一种mental
