，这就不是简单的执法的问题，而是这个法本身就有问题。而且如果没有这个法案，真
TRANSGENDER有没有受到保护？目前看到到处的讨论，真TRANSGENDER要的不是保护，而

一个gay guy.注意只是个gay guy.
他去做了变性手术变成女性。 因为觉得这样和爱人在一起可以正大光明被社会接受。
结果变成女性后。她/他发现男性对她/他失去吸引力。她又只喜欢女生了。这个人其实
就喜欢同性而已，无论是男是女。问题关键是她没认清自己是gay还是transgender.就
是去做变性手术是错误的。在美国要接受正式的变性手术。要做很多tests。心理专家
正式鉴定你是异性癖以后才在evaluation上签字说此人可以接受手术。 silence lambs
里面拨人皮的pycopath 就是fail了evaluation后。所以决定自己拨人皮把自己变成 “
女性”他不是异性癖是心理变态。
还有max从一开始都没搞清楚自己的性向。。i mean 不能怪她/他。who does.
但是她/他从开始就想做变性手术。因为她是transgender.
在最后max才说自己其实应该是个gay guy.

允许他可以自由进出女生换衣间，法官居然也同意了。你觉得这是什么？ （

错了吗？法律上没有。但是其他女生看见一个大男人在浴室作何感想？
那些机构发考题也好猜也好，人家进考场发套听设备了吗，现场作弊了吗？没有。
美国大把大把印钞票，金融危机的最后损失就是发展中国家买单。你能干啥？这就是游
戏规则。
如果说背考题可耻不允许，中国每年的高考试卷都是公开的，你去背就犯法了吗？
虽然我也讨厌这些机构的做法，但是我更讨厌的是美国任意取消成绩的做法 |

identified，而不是self-claimed，你是搞不清楚这两个词区别？或者故意混淆这两个
词来搅浑水？

厕所是基本人权。洗澡可以回家。换衣服可以视需要accommodate
transgender不是随便的选择。对于个体而言，必须是长期稳定的选择，不是prank
CHARLOTTE TRANSGENDER BATHROOM LAW 在许多城市早就是法律多年了，实践中并没有

本来这次选举没有投入太多精力，看新闻和评论已经花了很多时间，自己也知道不该继
续浪费在这上边，可是毕竟是又一个历史性的时刻，总要留下点什么。选举结果出来后
，又如鲠在喉，不吐不快。
实际上自己对今年的大选没有太关注，只不过闲暇之余扫一眼。从来没有质疑过希拉里
会选不上，奥巴马支持度很高，股票又很好，没有道理今年是共和年。看看共和的
candidates们，也没有几个能拿上台面的，所以不关我啥事。我相对比较liberal 理想
化，所以对Sanders的理念比较感兴趣，但也知道他从默默无闻起家，很难突破希拉里
的建制派，所以在初选还是心怀侥幸透了他一票，但也知道他戏不大，仅此而已。到老
西选副手时还小希望Warren一下，但老希那是踌躇在握，哪里会把这不听话的人放在眼
里。
选举结果出来，真是难以置信，那晚仿佛是置身于另外一个平行世界，这怎么可能，（
美国人）都疯了么？第二天真的是板了一天的脸，心里也知道，民主的制度就是这样，
Trump就是下一届总统，但心理就是不爽，还和人无端在停车场吵了一架，呵呵。
