是指大分子的蛋白核酸吗？
文献上给药3mg/kg 算是低剂量吧？ 假设是个小分子， 分子量300。
又假设老鼠体重20g, 体积20 mL。
那么:
总给药量为 3mg/kg X 0.020kg = 0.06 mg
药物在体内浓度为 0.06(mg)/300(g/mol)/20(mL) = 10 uM |
