川普这步棋着实让人看不懂。可能 Sessions 自始至终的目标都是效忠国家，川粉和川
普的要求是效忠川普，所以产生了分歧？川普真以为所有当初支持他的都是去蹭热度捞
好处的，赢得选举全靠个人魅力？可能让这些说Sessions 满脑子是X的川粉去干干，才

读了一半多，且有感于家版qing78的故事，笔记如下。
前面推荐贴里面说了，这是一本非常难得的扑克书籍，远胜过单一的战术，心理，传记
类书籍。作者LeatherAss以过去５年的辉煌关键是稳定的战绩，阐述了online扑克的方
方面面，尤其强调这是门生意，而绝不是靠运气快速成功的捷径。一个有心于扑克的牌
友，这本书一定要读！
既然是长期的做生意，就不可避免的要考虑成本，利润率，最佳战略，而不是拘泥于某
天的bad beats。打什么stack，打多少桌(增加一桌是否是正的profit margin?)，什么
时段打，什么站点打，吃什么营养，什么环境(闭门谢客)，怎么研究自己和对手(
Holdem Manager is a must)，怎么协调家庭关系....等等问题都搬上了 |

Hunter told me Bloomberg won't reimburse my greyhound tickets. Interview
time is 12pm. I guess no lunch provided.
2 weeks ago. I had 2 on-sites on the same day. 10-11am, 1-3pm. No lunch
provided. Arranged by a hunter too. The recruiting company reimbursed the
hotel and greyhound tickets.
I don't know about you. But I feel Bloomberg treats me like an animal in
this kind of on-sites. They don't even care about you at all.

onsite的时候只用坐个地铁就到了，HR也知道，还是照样给了$100的gift card
我知道的在Bloomberg工作的朋友，年纪轻一点的上班晚些下班也就相应晚些，年纪大
一点有家庭有孩子的，一般也就是八点多到，五六点钟下班吧。怎么会给你感觉treat
as an animal？。。。 |

吧。感觉根本没走一般大公司招人的路子，Hunter省了bb HR的人工了。
还有gift card这回事啊，我今天才听说，呵呵。 我12点面试，我要一大早坐两个多小
时灰狗过去，然后转地铁。如果是早上面试的话，估计头天晚上旅馆钱都要自己掏了。
这待遇跟你经历的还是挺大差别吧？
上班八点多到五六点挺正常的。

treated wood有毒，好像是砷，会扩散到土壤并进入植物中。请问有没有同学知道怎么
辨认木头处理过没有？或者哪些木头是一定要处理的，哪些木头是一定不会处理的？

years, the green fade away. You should ask someone with more experience to
help you out.
Crosscut the wood and look at the rings. If you see a green (or whatever
color was used) ring around the wood, its pressure treated. If you don't it
may or may not be. |

wood做边框，因为耐腐。可是我回家查看，这里面有很多化学物质，以前用砷的，毒性
很大，这两年不用砷了，但是还有铜等其它东西，所以很多人还是不放心。也有人说没
事。到底怎样，有谁有这房面经验？
还有就是固定时候用钉子还是螺丝好？有人说用钉子容易劈木头，但是搞螺丝我还得去
买钻子，好麻烦。 |

给指正一下？
1. 买 sheathing plywood 钉在横梁上；
2. 买 Backer board 或者 Cement board，量好尺寸，用刀子切好，在 plywood 上铺
一层水泥 (thinset 应该可以），把 backer board 铺上去，压平；
3. 在某个阶段，好象是水泥干到一定程度的时候，拧上些专门给 backer board 用的
螺丝，这样就呆稳当了；
4. 等底下的 thinset 干了，你就可以在 backer board 上铺瓷砖了。
有那层水泥板子+水泥，一般是不用再担心漏水的问题了。
剩横梁。现在想先铺treated plywood，再铺地砖装toilet可以吗，以防以后万一漏。
没见别人用过，特来问问 |

20年前应该是第一次发现，near front door为此把door和steps都replace了，15年前
那次大概是follow up的。所以推测最近15年以内没有出现过？这房子可以买吗？是在

他们提供了白蚁报告，据我agent说不是很严重。这个房子第一轮有5个offer，一般来
讲都有第二轮加价的，因为我们愿意10天contingency，所以他们选了我们这个offer。
卖家着急卖房子，据说因为他们已经买了另外一个房子，需要卖掉这个付另外一个的钱
。所以他们就没有counter我们的offer。但是同时也提出了一些附加条件，比如这个白
蚁。 |
