于是到一个朋友家集合，好几家，饭菜都准备好了，到了就能吃，烤的匹萨，烤肉，
色拉，面饼，十几个小朋友，在饭桌上闹哄哄的，很热闹。 吃到一半，有人姗姗来
迟，在门口故意说trick-o-treat, 等到主人拿了糖开门，才发现上当了，赶紧
招呼迟到的人坐下来吃饭。
还有人吃好了晚饭带了小孩过来，登时一屋子人挤人。
等到众孩换好道具，到草坪上时，已经数不清有几个小孩几个大人了，我帮忙看住
一个穿了女巫服装的女孩子，男孩子让男人们管好了。
然后浩浩荡荡的人出去，路上碰到好几拨人，一般亚洲大人不太穿道具，老外穿道
具的多，而且多数是夫妻穿配套的衣服，还有的是全家穿配套的。
凡是家里有人的，小孩们就提着南瓜篮子，去敲门，家长们都站在人行道上，远远地
看着，开的门大多开了半扇，有的人看上去很开心，有的人看上去不开心。有的家里
没人的，就在门口放一个南瓜一个框，框里有糖，小孩们就上去一人拿一颗。
到八点半就回去了，小孩们很多撒娇不肯走，我看的小孩也不肯自己走，我只好背着，

身份。已婚，2013年生了一个娃，老婆是F1身份，但去年就已经超过5年，2012年她的
税就按resident报的。今年我们计划按married filing jointly,我选择non-resident
treated as resident报税。
我毕业前的三个月（2013年5月到8月）以F1-OPT的身份在一家公司A做实习，公司没把
我当employee，发了1099-MISC，在box 7 (non-employee compensition)有大约三万元
的收入，没有withhold任何税。8月以后进入现在公司成为正式员工，F1-OPT到9月30号
(期间公司没扣FICA)，10月1号转为H1-B至今(开始扣FICA).
我用turbotax (delux)算税（married filing jointly），软件把我F1实习期间的1099
-MISC收入作为self-employment,算出我需要缴纳大约$4500左右的self-employment

看到很多人可能会选择 nonresident spouse treated as resident，这样就可以夫妻
合并报税。
提醒一下这么几个问题：
1. Nonresident spouse 变成 resident 后，这个 spouse 在美国税上也变成全世界范
围报税。
2. 如果国内有收入，都需要报在美国的税表上。当然 foreign tax credit 什么的也
可以有。
3. FBAR，现在的FinCEN。
4. FATCA。
5. 有些人如果在美国之外有公司，企业，商店什么的生意，因为这个美国税务居民身
份，在美国报税时都需要考虑，而且如果有申报义务的话，会计师花费会比个人税表贵
很多。但是这些在报美国税时花样特别多，不同的选择会产生不同的结果，所以还是特
别有必要找专业人员报，哪怕只是第一年。 |
