consular tribune应该有plebian tribunes的推动有关。还有法律上平民可以拥有执政
官的权利和真正出现一个平民当选consular tribune是有距离的。美国宪法对总统没有
种族，宗教和性别的限制，但是Kennedy是第一个天主教总统，巴马是第一个黑人总统
，女总统到现在还没出现过，虽然克林顿曾经很接近。至于无神论（严格意义上的，泛

collector买下来某个地区的收税权，然后多收的那部分就是tax collector的profit，
这样的tax collector为了利益最大化肯定往死里欺诈穷苦百姓，常见的办法是你说你
交过税了，收据呢？拿不出来收据就得再交一次，古罗马那个时代底层基本都是文盲生
活水平又低，收据丢了或者破损了是太正常不过的事情了，这就等于赤裸裸的欺负人。
可以想象的就是那些tax collector肯定是不敢拿豪强高官动手的，tax collector也是
罗马被征服地区造反的最主要原因之一。而美国的IRS收富人的税远远多于收穷人的税
，加上现在技术条件提高了大部分交易都电子的，很难逃税，就这两条决定了美国不会
像罗马那样贫富悬殊越来越大。
其实中国和欧洲古代王朝崩盘也是类似的原因，收税的小吏根本不敢得罪豪强高官，只
敢欺压贫苦老百姓，随着时间的发展贫富悬殊越来越大，虽然人口增加了，但是税基反
而越来越少，穷人还要当兵和服徭役，最后是国家的责任都让国家的底层承担了，享受

因为去芝加哥是 好些年前了，都记不清楚具体的行程了。凭借着照片和照片上的
metadata，依稀重建出当时大概的情况：
周六，到达芝加哥中途岛机场。首先，取车，然后直接开车来到博物馆，行星馆一带，
游览了几个小时以后，去旅馆。因为是出公差，所以旅馆的位置对于去芝加哥城里旅游
不是特别方便，但是对于工作来说还行。旅馆在芝加哥城外大约四十英里。从博物馆出
来以后就直接去旅店check-in了。
第二天一早，周日。驱车从旅店直扑Downtown Chicago。事先在旅店已经打探好了停车
场，直接开到地下。发现这里停车的价钱还比较便宜，一天才四十几块。在曼哈顿停车
，一个小时二十好几，呵呵。不过反正是公务，也就无所谓了，留着发票就行。
从停车场一出来，四周转了一圈，算是一个orientation过程。因为事先已经在Google

岂不立马露馅儿了？但是从事情的经过来看，杀手杀完人，根本就没处理现场。而现场
证据则是直指十人委员会。我们知道，十人委员会可能不招人喜欢，但是这些人不是笨
蛋。在对Sabine人这个方向的指挥官是十人委员会委员Quintus Fabius，前面说过，这
个人也是久经战阵的老手，不是一个无能之辈。在这种对十人委员会十分不利的舆论环
境下，杀局布置得如此惨不忍睹，这难道不令人生疑？
让我们从阴谋论的观点来看这件事，看看是否能提出一个和Livy记叙不同的可能性。对

重的地区。其中，芝加哥市的人口流失现象已持续了第三年，在2015至2016年间，该市
人口共计减少8638人，相较上一年流失的4934人，多了近一倍，目前该市居民总数为
270万4958人。
伊利诺州的情况也欠佳，根据统计，2016年伊州人口减少了3万7508人，位居全美
各州流失人口最多的州别。

gunpoint Thursday during a campaign photoshoot in Chicago.
The Chicago Tribune reported that Aaron Goldstein, 42, and members of his
campaign team were approached by three men in their early 20s. One of the

Chicago Public Schools (CPS) released its 2015-2016 budget Monday, including
$200 million in spending cuts and 479 additional teacher layoffs. In June,
the district announced 1,400 layoffs.

20刀给某个disease的foundation,然后赠送Chicago tribune报纸一份，记不清楚是8周
还是12周了，我要了一周3份报纸的那种，每次报纸来，又没有时间读，然后当垃圾扔
掉，弄得每周的垃圾箱都满满的，庆幸报纸终于不来了，就来个账单，说我的bill
past due了，让再付$23.95，打电话过去，接线员让我付$10.97,我说这个数目跟我收
到的账单不一致，什么乱七八糟啊，Chicago tribune真会乱收钱啊？以后有人上门叫
donation，我再也不敢捐了，惹来一堆账单，还要浪费时间去打电话搞清楚，这个账单
当时我都没有仔细看，差点当垃圾信丢了。要是不打电话过去，说不定送到collection
company去了，更麻烦 |

我上次说的59/75交界的20万起的新开发区，新闻还特别列出，90%
已经卖完了。SHYANG说的BENEDICTINE大学边上35万起的那个SFH小区，我估计也差不多
了。那个地址太好了，大学边上，离DOWNTOWN很近，火车站也不远。价格又这么低。算
是物美价廉了。
