the drive way is covered by 5 huge trees (over 50 ft heigh) so the drive way
and the house are well shaded in the summer, but gets a lot of sun in
winter when the leaves are gone...

just one call, they come and take it away. Their warranty is only one year,
but I called them after 2 years for a small problem, they send the guy to

90% furnitures of roomandboard is made in USA. And most furnitures have the
