1st and formost get your alarms. door and pool ones.
Put the latch flip bolts on the back door..cheap and very useful.
Then fence off the pool, a much cheaper and realistic propostion than re-
doing the pool.
Get the kids in the water safty class...I saw this on the news and was
AMAZED that babies can learn to flip themselves over and float when put in
the water...truely amazing.

summer camp, 玩一玩。 孩子们目前在中国的公立学校上学，都算是班里的前几名。在
中国的这段，好的是孩子开了眼界，体验了不一样的生活，跟亲戚朋友交往多些有比较
多亲情的感受，但就学校生活而言，除了中文的确底子扎实之外，我始终还是觉得得失
很难说。
说起来美国和中国的初等教育，很多人觉得中国的基础打得扎实，美国的太轻松，孩子
不会吃苦等等。我个人的体会是，如果单看考试成绩，肯定是中国的好，但如果综合看
，可能是各有千秋。
中国比较重视学习，重视知识积累，重视练习，“熟能生巧”，就算是爱好家长都希望
娃“学出个样子来”；美国比较重视人格教育，独立，社会责任，眼界等等，很多东西
都是希望孩子爱上了才去学，重视的是respect others and having fun. 学习上也往
往是以培养孩子调查研究的能力为主，对孩子具体记住多少往往要求不严。
我感觉美国的教育从小就教会了娃自己making choices, be responsible, do what

近日发现公司改名, 致电 HR about stock option, 感觉被 ripped off, 因为被告之:
改名后的新公司与原公司在经济上没有任何关联, 是新成立的公司实体, 原公司的
stock
和新公司没有关系, 不Carry over. 原公司的所有雇员已被原公司terminate, 并被新
公司Hire, 原公司同意将技术和专利转让与新公司. 原公司在法律上依旧存在, 是个
Empty Entity, (No Employee, No technology), 我的几万stock还属于没有雇员没有
技术的原公司(Means worthless).
据新公司的老同事讲, 他得到了同样的工资待遇和新公司的同等的stock option.
估计这样做就是为了把以前发放的,已离开的雇员的stock作废(特别是几个元老级在技
术上
奠基并立下汗马功劳的技术骨干).
这不是金蝉脱壳赖帐骗人吗? 美国为什么允许这样的事情发生? Is it truely legal? |

there is no where it can sell the loan to (they used to turn to China for
easy money).
Good luck on the house price in the coming months. Maybe soon banks require
