发帖数: 1246 | 3 好长时间没上来更新了，不是因为别的，就是一个忙，最近这几个月做的几个子项目没
有一个简单的， plumbing, electrical 还有 HAVC 。可都不是一般 remodeling 的小
打小闹，修修补补，而是为新建两层楼安装全新的系统，而且要把新的系统和旧的系统
连接在一起。我老人家的老腰都要累断了 , 现在还没完工（但进展还算乐观）。
为了给自己一点激励，前两天干了个简单的，立竿见影的项目：安装了 tubular
skylight 。在 hallway 的卫生间处于 house 的中间位置，没有窗子，大白天都黑漆
漆的，要用就得开灯，一直就觉得不爽，前段时间利用给扩建部分的房子做 roofing
的机会，把 tubular skylight 外面采光的部分给搞定了，见照片。

发帖数: 1498 | 4 今天把ebay上淘来的二手carbon trispoke换到车上去了，后轮（velocity circuit)上
加了wheelbuilder.com的wheel cover。这个trispoke原来是个场地选手用的，上面有
一条现成的high performance tubular （标称120-220psi）。我给打到130多psi。
结果出去一看，外面刮着15-20mph的head + cross wind。咬着牙骑出去三里，cross
wind里面车晃悠得不行，都不敢上aerobar。这个tubular打足了气，roller
resistance是小很多，可是和地面接触面积也小了不少，加上后轮的wheel cover，感
到来一阵cross gust就能把我吹翻了。所以一直心惊胆战地慢慢往前挪，也不敢放开了
骑，后来感觉实在没有安全感，就只好回头。
不过回来的时候很爽，趴下来，换到53，没怎么费劲就过23mph了，然后加点力，就过
26mph了。心率比平时treshold还低4下。感觉以前的轮子辐条的空气阻力没有了，而且
很明显地感到最大的阻力来自上身。看来aero+tubul |

金錢比較起來是要花比較多錢的.
比較起來tubular還是比較麻煩.止不過對我來說可以接受.
是不容易爆.但請一定上膠...我們店裡聽說7年前有人掉胎過.膠還是要的.過彎時不要
壓太多.
沒有綜合考慮拉.要追求最快請用clincher. 比賽時的備胎我在家已經上過很薄的5層膠
了(tubular花多點時間.Rolling resistance 也會好一點.如果是比賽用一定上膠不上
膠帶.膠帶的Rolling resistance沒有膠好. )爆胎直接換.不用上膠.另一個tubular的
好處是.不用檢查.你要是clincher沒檢查好.尖銳的東西還在胎上.可能會跟小時候開汽
水罐時一樣.再來一次.(止不過這次會很不開心而已)
tubular說實話也會.因為你一定是把她綁起來.有時綁太久會傷到內胎.我自己中過一次
直接call out給朋友了
在聲明一次.如果用管胎請上膠上好了..騎車這東西不要拿命開玩笑 |

还不到500g. 21mm的tubular. 可以感觉到风阻要小，pedal容易点。不过速度低的时候
感觉真没什么差别。
第一次用tubular, 感觉确实要更smooth，不过听说买胎很讲究，粘那个胎也很讲究，
连用的胶水也挺讲究的。幸好有人手把手教我，否则肯定搞不定。总之挺折腾的，也就重要的比赛用用 |

頭好的 carbon clincher 也不會重多少，也不會貴太多。我實在不太相信以我們的水
平，會需要 tubular 那一點點的優勢。

shimano c35 硬跟風阻數據顯示跟zipp 101差不多
tubular 比較輕而且因為比較大的psi所以比較不容易爆胎(高壓比較容易在東西刺近來
之前就把他彈走了)缺點來說就是比較貴(管胎目前最快的就是v牌拉)
clincher 其實是最快的胎(比tubeless 跟tubular都還要好的Rolling resistance)
不管你多快多慢低風阻都會幫助你在任何情況下.你快當然低風阻會幫助你.你慢所以你
在賽場上的時間更長.低風阻也會更省力.(我剛開始玩車時幾乎每個人都跟我說因為
deep rim比較重.所以要在速度25km+ /hr 才會產生慣性讓deep rim真的產生作用.低於
這速度因為rim比較重所以反而比較慢.至少現在我有的數據下這觀點是不成立的)
tubeless (非常難搞不建議)
版輪是唯一輪子會幫助前進的.其他只是比較起來比較省力.
uci把前輪ban掉.是因為前輪比較有影響.如果你能控制到越深的rim你就能越快(其實如

去年比赛完第二天就报了名再次参加今年的Ironman Mont Tremblant翠湖山庄铁人赛。
本来志气高昂地要每项提高15分钟，结果当然是事与愿违。一个冬天游泳和跑步训练都
进行的很好，可是老三出生后就一夜回到解放前。虽然5K比赛小PR了，但是5月的多伦
多马拉松却撞墙了，比去年波马慢了整整20分钟。还好6月的Welland半铁破5了，还给
今年的赛事带来一点点乐观。
今年IMMT的另一个值得盼望的是今年我忽悠了一群朋友一起比赛，还有朋友专程从美国
赶过来加油助威，所以将是北美华人铁三界的一个巨大盛事。
还是先说说训练，其实很简单，就是“不够”两字。自行车唯一的long ride就是
Welland半铁的90公里，而跑步自多马后也没有跑过多少长的，最长也只有26公里，还
跑得巨慢。唯一有信心的就是游泳，特别是在年初那阵子，觉得自己1：15都有可能游
出来了。夏天多次开水游和比赛后，给自己定的一个务实的目标是1：20，因为训练时4
公里只需1：20，1：21左右。考虑到比赛时游歪一点儿，游3.9到4公里，那么1：20也
不是不可能达到的。

我想Tubular neighborhood theorem的成立也是没有考虑boundary的case?
因为T.N.T.只是对close to M的points成立，可以假设噪声e的variance
很小，或者它的support就在一个很小的ball里面。比如，points y=x+e都几乎
属于M的tubular neighborhood

本身就是对应基因组的由低向高由简到繁的发展过程。
心脏发育过程就基本和动物界心脏从简到繁，从最简单tubular heart到三室到四室的
过程。非常符合进化论的精髓，进化就是在原有基础上增加复杂度，所以胚胎发育过程
就恰恰反映了这过程。
最早最原始的基因们最先表达，所以胚胎最初就像低等的动物，然后是后面进化出来的
基因开始表达，一级级信号放大，展开。
