4 months. The only exception is when she is sick - happens once every year
or so.
When outside, we do not stop her from picking up things on the ground.
Usually it is a stick, a leaf , a boulder or flowers or some wood chips. Or
we just keep her walking and running.
maybe you can try read her a story then bye bye. We usually kiss and say "I
love you" and tuck her in. She is very happy when we leave her room. |

前的衬衫裙子都不能穿了 ：（ OB说肚子以后基本就这样了，除非做tummy tuck... 想

皮肤缩下去的极限了。腰围比怀孕前小是有可能的，但是要那层皮比孕前紧是不可能的
。如果没打算继续生娃又想要紧致肚皮，考虑tummy tuck吧。 |

发帖数: 495 | 6 预产期是23号，第一胎，19号检查时宝宝以入盆，但没有开指没有软化，ob让第二天早
上到医院催产，具体原因他说的也很模糊，可能是想他值班时接生吧。20号催产一天，
21号下午3点多宝宝出生。催产时宫缩基本上可以忍，可水破后非常疼痛，立刻要了
epidural。 如果有下次我会提前要，不要等到不行时才叫麻醉师，万一人家有别的病
人排在前面就惨了。我的麻药打的不是特别好，一边无感觉，一边稍稍能有一些感觉。
护士建议让麻醉师来加一针，可是我拒绝了，心想有点感觉也好，免得到时候不会用力
。大概push了40分钟，其中好几次宝宝心跳比较低，我就吸点氧气休息不用push，所以
总共也没push太多次宝宝就出来了，7.7lb，做了中切。中切和侧切的区别我也不懂，
ob说中切没那么疼，总之到时候也没得选，相信ob就是了。觉得催产挺好的，一切都准
备妥当，不会手忙脚乱，也不用每天为了生产顺利继续暴走了。
Push的心得
我要生之前每次上大号都提醒自己说一定要记住这个感觉，免得到时候打了麻药不知道
怎么push。每次宫缩时，深吸一口气，然后护士会数10秒产妇憋住气用力，十秒后换气

我听说割了以后还会再长的。有没有试过其他办法？用tucks cooling pads, 坐 sit
bath (药店可以买到一种放在马桶上的盆子。然后热水里放 epsom salt), 让医生开消
肿的 cream. 这些办法同时上可能可以缓解一下。 |

ointment。护士还建议把ointment先抹在湿巾上，再盖在患处，效果更好。他家还有止
疼的喷雾，也略有效果 |

，但是大部分医院提供给待产妈妈的东西某些必须的东西都会有，就不需要自己额外再
带辣。
１。 最最重要的，准备好婴儿安全座椅（Car Seat）吧。出院的时候护士会检查，没
有安全座椅的妈妈你可是连院都出不了呢。即使你借一个能出的了院，在上路的时候要
是没有安全座椅，那也是违法的哦，仅以加州为例，2015的条例没有安全座椅会被罚款
$436美元。况且，为了您自己宝宝的安全，也应该把宝宝放在安全座椅呀。这绝对是在
路上保护宝宝的最好方式。万一万一不幸发生事故了，安全座椅能够最大程度降低车祸
造成的伤害。关于怎么选择安全座椅，以后楼主有空的时候还可以写一篇文章专门介绍。
当年楼主和娃爸的讨论结果，婴儿物品最首要的大件一定是婴儿安全座椅了。我们可以
没有婴儿推车（stroller), 没有尿布台（changing table）,没有摇篮（basinet），
没有哄睡神器摇摇篮（swing), 甚至没有婴儿床（crib)，婴儿安全座椅也是第一位的

这阵子在看一部电视剧“整容室”（Nip/Tuck），里面有个情节，是关于男主Sean小时
候的经历：他唇上有缺陷（类似于兔唇），外表上的缺陷让他在学校受尽了侮辱和嘲笑
，导致他非常内向和自卑。家里当时的经济条件不是很好，没有钱为他做整形手术，但
是一直有为他攒大学基金。Sean的妈妈认为孩子的外形带来的遭遇会导致孩子性格的扭
曲，所以极力主张用Sean的大学基金为孩子做整形手术。Sean的爸爸非常看重孩子的教
育，认为孩子将来能上大学自食其力比脸蛋重要得多，所以不同意动用Sean的大学基金
。两人在这个问题上争吵了无数次，但是都各持己见无法达成一致意见。最后在Sean 8

PC大厂没有一个敢和INTC决裂，全转AMD的，历史上INTC曾经有过和AMD同期产品相比不
佳的现象，但是还是卖的出去，保持现金流，一个tick-tuck周期就回来了。关键就是
产能。这个你找个在PC行业做过10年以上的人问问，就知道对不对了。
当然是INTC最好，可那都是拿capex砸出来的，一年10B的capex，你算没算过Intel一年
