堂。
徒步过程中有陡壁岩石路段，需要手脚并用。体力上需要当天能完成1600呎（近500米
）高度的爬升。

1. 儿子先醒，在床上乐呵呵自言自语，先起床的我迅速结束抱起老二， 下楼前路过女
儿门口顺便将防止她半夜外出反锁上的门打开。下楼， 打开866频道， 清音乐响起拉
开我战斗的序幕。给儿子边洗澡边唱歌说话。
2.铺上毯子，给儿子开始按摩。 儿子乐得扭来扭去， 这时女儿自己起床下楼，女儿一
见弟弟马上扑过来在弟弟身上摸叫喊着“饺子饺子我要吃这个胖饺子”，老娘我肾上腺

米国的婴儿书设计是非常好的。 有Flip Up那种，符合了孩子“Hide And Seek” 的爱
好特点， 还有很多生动活泼立体的图像， 有各种Texture让孩子触摸的书， 有的甚至
有发出各种气味的，有音乐书发出各种声音，总之从感觉触觉，嗅觉，视觉，听觉来刺
