中国文化特喜欢抖机灵，连技术，而不是系统性解决问题。这个原因，主要是精英不行

我只知道gas turbine的耗油量变化区间比较小,
换句话说10%的输出功率跟80%时的比,油耗相差不太大(远不如10%同80%的差距)
换句话说它的economic powerband很窄
具体到涡扇上,如果你将它作为一个热机来考虑,
那么喷油量最大时(不开后燃时)的热机效率,因为进气上的瓶颈,绝不是最高的
(此时的空燃比要比最优值低很多)
换句话说,100%输出同70%输出比,输出提高约43%,那油耗提高要高于这个数字
50%(也就是1.5倍)甚至是个估计的下限. |

应，decay heat就是正常的衰变热,就是停止链式反应后继续散发出来的能量，足够熔
融核材料。
480Mwe的电站，就是1300Mw的热功率，5%很可观了。
核电站三层壳，燃料，一回路（对BWR就包括turbine),安全壳。 所谓熔融就是燃料外
面的金属融化
反射性物质完全暴露出来，decay heat完全可以做到的，熔融以后衰变不受影响，继续

另外没有涡轮燃料泵你可以用别的类型的燃料泵,或许性能不如但至少飞得起来
更不用提固体燃料火箭发动机
没有turbine的turbofan压根不能叫做turbofan |

站到今天运营还是不错的，都属于DOE/FPL旗下的电站。但是刨除国家补助这种技术能

is a huge problem with it. Production cost is only part of the story. The
bigger issue with wind is that it is not stable. Sometimes you have strong
wind and a lot of output and other times you have no wind at all. Since you
can't save electricity with the current battery technology, you need to have
a lot of traditional generators to backup the wind turbines. That is a
