this means you have to become stronger & faster, for example, you can try 20
driver swing (no ball okay, 2club sometimes ) each day, swing as fast as
you can but stand stable, along with some cross train( for instance, roation
jump, can you rotate your body in air more than 360d).
maybe you are already stong&fast enough, then just need to find better
technique.

ordered (in transit now) is 1/7 twist and I ordered a CMMG conversion kit.
Many people said 1/7 is too fast a twist for .22LR, it will work, but the
accuracy is generally not good, but I mainly use it for training so it might
not be a too big issue. Anyway, I will see how it works, if it's too bad
then I will go for a dedicated .22LR upper. |

，大子弹稳定需要转的比较快。追求精度的话，不同的twist rate 要配不同的子弹才
能达到最好的效果。重的子弹比较大，杀伤力强，军用m16目前都是1：7。射击比赛大
多是1：7或者1：8。民用ar 15市场上1：9比较多。
说到突击步枪杀伤力，只有1：7可以稳定打69gr 以上的子弹。你想70gr的子弹比55gr
的杀伤力大的多。不过重的子弹贵。1：7打轻的便宜子弹据说可能飞行中解体。呵呵。 |

但是事实上我无论是rock还是冰雪我都用过很多次figure 8做长距离下降
没有明显感到twist带来什么不便
但是来北美一看，几乎没有人用figure 8了，才在这里再问问
我没说这本书不好，对于你这样的beginner足够好了
但是过几年你会发现，当你就一些问题go details的时候，你需要别的书了 |

发帖数: 809 | 30 不要买鞋底太软的鞋，那种鞋跟ski的binding挑的很松是一个意思，方便做各种twist
的高难动作，是给高手用的。
beginner用鞋底比较硬的会舒服些，爬crack也是鞋底硬的舒服，会稍微保护些脚。如
果打算户外爬crack，可以挑前端呈三角形比较尖的，相对于圆头的，这种鞋伸进窄
crack里的部分会多一些，twist脚腕的时候不容易掉。
还有就是两侧的前1/3，挑加厚、加硬的，那种鞋可以踩很小的点。可以去店里比较一
下，不一定要穿，那在手上试点就可以，有的鞋在小点上使力，很容易滑脱，因为不够
硬。前端正上方加厚橡胶的，爬crack也许会少疼一点...
关于紧，我觉得大脚趾还是应该弯起来，比较容易使力。弯起来以后伸进鞋子里去，会
舒服一点。还有一点不知道具不具有普遍性。我最近脚背被鞋子磨破了，所以穿了一双
很薄的棉织网球袜。本来很紧的鞋，并没有觉得更紧，然而因为脚解愁的介质柔软，而
觉得更舒服

主要受拉力（in plane loading,biner的设计承力模式），另外摩擦力会大很多。
还有free rappel的时候，身体会围着绳子转动，怎样减小或防止转动？是不是扔绳子
前work out twists会好很多

发帖数: 1231 | 38 问一个黑道陡坡（没有蘑菇的)上的小回转， 大回转的问题。 先说小回转, 我现在
在黑道上的小回转甩尾很严重，尤其是雪很差, 很硬的时候，右转的时候，会用脚
twist ski, 左转稍微好点。 这样滑的就不是 S 而是 Z 了。我在蓝道上小回转没有这
个问题，估计是黑道上速度快，想赶快把 outside ski 重心压过去，而且这样 twist
ski 后， ski 还会skid， 就不 carve 了。看了一些分析文章，还是找不到要点。
当然，甩尾，对于滑黑道蘑菇倒是没有什么影响。
再说黑道大回转，大回转如果 是雪很差, 很硬的时候， 我的ski 也会有 skid 的情
况，不走刃,感觉卡不住雪，不知道是不是ski 需要 polish 一下了，还是我的
tipping 的控制有问题。
我自己的结论 还是技术上什么不对，需要到蓝道上练习， 不然黑道上就把很多问题给
放大了。这儿有篇文章，讲的就是我的这个问题.

出弯。又看了央视很老的教滑雪的系列节目，里面说平行转弯需要靠上身带动，并举例
了用举手臂的动作来帮助转弯。
今天上了个小组课、教练说，要靠脚twist，不要扭上身。这些彻底迷糊了。踩再雪板
上，我没法强制的twist脚啊。wedge转弯的时候靠压膝盖，平滑的时候强行把脚转方向
，我另外一只脚就本能的翘起来了，下一步就是摔。
求平行转弯的正确练习方法，老年人不经摔啊。 |

上课教练说的部分对吧。可以靠脚twist来转弯，具体怎么做可以参考hockey stop的动
作，基本就是靠脚twist转弯的一个夸张版本。
但是我个人觉得一开始学习的话，应该学靠重心左右脚变化来实现的转弯。
你既然已经会靠wedge开始转弯，平行完成转弯了，接下来可以练的是，在此基础上，
转弯的同时，尽量把转弯时的内侧脚抬起来，不用抬得很高，稍稍抬离雪面就是了。而
且一开始的时候做不到完全抬离也不要紧。快完成转弯的时候把抬离的内侧脚轻轻放回
雪面，方向和edge angle完全模仿外侧脚 |
