积累的皇家传书，甚至集商朝几百年的
历史经验之大成。当时还有很多同时代
的学者分布着周朝首都和各个诸侯国，
所以道德经是经过Peer review的。

接触李慎明这位将军学者，是从他关于苏联解体问题的文章开始的。研究苏联问题
的学者不少，各种观点纷呈。我也曾写过《苏联解体十年祭》，从财政学角度对苏联解
体进行了分析。在苏联解体问题上，李慎明先生是从苏联立国的理论基础入手的。列宁
主义提供了布尔什维克建党的理论依据，也提供了苏维埃共和国建国的理论依据。抛弃
列宁主义是容易的，但是建党和建国的新的理论依据在哪里？戈尔巴乔夫的《改革与新
思维》根本不能成为建党和建国的依据，反而是蚀毁建党和建国的理论依据。于是，被
抽掉理论基础的大党和大国，在没有强大的外力攻击下，自己就轰然地倒下了。李慎明
