没人提禁枪，就像没人支持全民拥有原子弹，只不过是争论管制的限度。
禁枪派的基本理论是，不要拿美国宪法当挡箭牌，提什么反抗暴政。政府现在有飞机坦
克大炮，靠枪怎么能跟政府对抗？现在警察滥用暴力很多，拥枪派wsn有哪个去“反抗

责政府的无能不能保护民众，有些人更认为政府是 evil 和 tyranny 的。不管那种情
形他们都需要至少 feel prepared；有些更是偏向极端的 survivalist，比如认为经济
会崩溃所以需要“战备”。
找了很多历史政治经济相关的 literature，发现不管是 pro-gun 和 anti-gun 其实谁
都能拿出很多 study 来支持自己的观点。谁都说服不了谁，谁也都不服谁。引用一段
话：
“我这么说是基于这样一个现实：任何人类思维都具有原教旨倾向。所有理论都倾向于

人身和财产权利。宪法本文里一些原则性的东西，规定了三权分立，其实也是有哲学眼
光的。本意还是保障个人的人身和财产权利。防止tyranny.
我个人认为宪法本文和这一系列修正案，应该以静止的眼光来看待。
其后的修正案都是可以反复的(修11海外法权，修13，15废奴，修19女票权，修24选举
无税，也许例外）。修18就被repeal了。
