Roger碰到5次，3次都吵架，昨天炒得还非常厉害。
他不是说俺遮挡，他说俺抛的不到6英寸。然后又在俺10-9时，俺拉了一个之后他出了
半高球，俺扑上去扣杀得分打到他的肚皮上了，然后俺cho，cho 完了都跑得他那边换
边了，却发现他站在那不动，说let。说是俺杀最后一个高球时对面有人对他招手（其
实球没过来，那人以为过来了），俺问你怎么不及时叫let，他说他没反应过来。俺当
时没给气晕过去！找主席台要裁判结果裁判都在打得欢。
不过后来俺和他说，以后和他比赛由他当umpire，或者全部由他发球，俺实在是怕了他。 |

The main purpose of this rule is to make sure that the receiver (and the
umpire) can see the ball throughout the service action.

the ball and therefore the receiver will have a much better chance of

是没有明显改变比赛进程（没有影响对方接球，比如对方球都没够着，这分打完了一方
认为球已经裂了），就不算let。
比较麻烦的是：如果是USATT这种没有umpire的比赛，双方各执一词，按道理应该是离
球近的一方说了算。和擦边的case一样。 |

法制的落实不坚决，裁判的安全得不到保障（美国的教练/referee/umpire都有现役警
察护送的，不管是
采访还是退场）。同样的挑衅，中国的劝解／道歉，美国是至少battery,挥一拳就算的
，马上送jail,谁敢乱来？
好了，裁判的安全得不到保障，就有聪明人程序而入了。bribery啥的就来了, 不听话
就看警察能怎么保护你？不要跟我说陆峻啥的没被人威胁过，中国社会就是这种原始生
态，谁有弱点人家马上就给利用起来。
有贿赂，就有操纵比赛的空间和手腕儿，就有足协官员／老板／赌钱庄稼的抽插，最后
各取所需。
所以说，法制建设和execute才是真正重要的东西，不然大家都可以不按照游戏规则行
事，最后爽了自己，毁了大系统。美国５－６０年代还是great recession后改法律的
时候可是大规模建了很多的新监狱，就是知道法律一变严肯定有大量的人收监。到现在
，犯罪树木终于稳定了下来，监狱太多了，又想改为他用了。中国也必须遮掩办。才能
保证系统有良性的循环，多些从正面提高技术水平来赢得比赛的孩子，中国足球才有希

First of all, the noice will affect your game. Especially the noice from the
behind. I happended to play at center court once, and I did ask the Umpire

your opponent's call.
Secondly, the rule is if during the play, the ball at your pocket drops out
a "let" call is granted if there is umpire. However you will get a warning
too. So next time if during the play, if you drop the ball inside your
pocket again you will lose a point. |

the other hand, player with injury usually gets a sudden advantage on
momentum. You see this even in amateur games if anybody had played with
injury and played injured partner.
Further, the player who complained to the Umpire on the timeout usually gets
booed or at least less support from audience, which makes the situation
worse for that player.
These things add up, sometimes are critical enough to change a close game.

就只好暂缓了。这次的tournament男单最低3.5，于是乎就抱着玩玩的心态，想多看看
不同的球手。 前两天出了draw，一共16个人，我usta league的队长也报了，跟我分在
一个quarter,第一轮如果都赢，或者都输，我们第二轮就会交手。
队长看了draw，热心地给我发来一封email，说我第一轮的对手是他见过的最恶心的
pusher，所有球都是削球，满场飞，会打得很吃力；当时我就想，现在我打球也没啥了
，就靠跑了，pusher能有多难搞，我跟他慢慢磨呗。
今天到了赛场，对手是个阿三，心想不妙，这line call肯定会出问题（大家不要说我
judge，见过的印度人line call都非常的mean，压线的80%以上都会叫out）；阿三还带
了他老爸坐在我们球员的bench上看球。热身的时候，就感觉不对劲了，这tnnd哪是在
push，整个动作就像是在打乒乓球，正反手都是没有swing的，我过去的球无论轻重高
