考能力，或者因为说话的人太多，或者因为不了解来龙去脉，道听途说，以讹传讹，看
了半截戏就要开始评论，或者喜欢钻牛角尖，抓住某词某句而忽律全盘，或者全凭自己
的“印象”去judge一个人真正想说的东西，或者因为某个人说了某句话从而衬托了另
一个人的一句话，就不能端正的再以unbiased的态度去看那第一个人的观点了，还有些
人就喜欢在这趟浑水里面使劲搅，这种人我很厌恶！
我想说的是，fruitlove并没有刻意说我老，完全是场误会，而不少人应该会看到这个
帖子以后以为fruitlove对我品头论足说我老，但其实是fruitlove的帖子里某个搅s棍
在那添油加醋借题发挥，而衬托了她好像是在说我这那的～也衬托了好像我又跟来发吃

也不是说无论什么样的服务都该这么给小费。而是在用数据说话，驳斥一些人说中国人
普遍比美国人小费高的错误观点，也是在说明中国人小费不高不是全因为服务不好，因
为同样的服务，美国人就会给得更高。很多人就是你服务再好，也顶多给15%，或者不
到15%，我是在针对这些做法的人说话。也是因为这样，亚洲面孔的客人才在美国餐馆
不受人待见～ <----这句话也不是在指责和打击谁，就是在说一些事情在人们心中形成
印象是有原因的，不要去回避。。。。就象这个版上也有很多人说印度人啊，黑人啊，
墨西哥人啊，小费不好。为什么中国人说到其他种族人小费不好就这么来劲？其实中国
人是比他们强点，但还是有相当比例的同样问题。但是一说到中国人小费不好，就急得
跳，甚至还说什么老美其实也很小气啊什么的，专拿小费一般的白人个例来说事。。。
在经营我自己的店的时候，我总是先把我的本职工作尽量做到最好。我说过一句话，“
我不会拿别人做得不好为由，允许自己去不做好”，意思就是，我不会因为客人小费差

我就想，是不是大家都烦他们把小费写单子上，还那么高标准，所以集体抗议，最后搞
得生意没得做倒闭了？
其实餐馆老板应该想想，小费重要还是生意重要，为了10%还是20%的小费跟顾客计较，

你说的情况，不就是我说的per的局限性么，如果因为局限性就说“这样的数据是毫
无意义”的，那么所有的数据/统计都是没有意义的，因为没有完全unbiased的数据，
只有less biased的数据统计。
比如“命中率”，高命中率也可能总是有队友突破，吸引包夹，而自己不是大空位坚
决不出手，或者快到出手时间了，扔给别人。不能因为可能有这种极端情况的存在，就
否定“命中率”的全部意义。
我觉得数据吧，就像考试成绩，每次考试成绩虽然不能完全反映你对知识的掌握/理
解/应用能力，但是提供了一个看问题的视角。个人愚见，见笑了。。。

is probably 95% factual but the cover-up revealed in the report is debatable
. Given the investigator's track record, I do think the report is unbiased.

MAF显然是经验之谈。学术点，叫empirical
从统计的角度说，180-age是estimator,是估计值。而对估计值有两个指标：
biasedness and efficiency.maf作为 unbiase是没有问题的。但再好的估计值，也有
variance.就好像说我们平均静止心跳是70，但低的也有30多，高的也有90，对吧。所
以相信maf是没错的，但不能迷信。
我觉得就操作性来说，呼吸控制比较可行。3-4步1呼，3-41吸。全部靠鼻子。不能达到
这个要求，一般是跑快了。这个时候心跳也往往超过了maf。这个考虑了自适应标准，
有maf的理念在里面，但比maf心率要靠谱，也更好执行。 |
