但是看到很多， 包括视频和文章，都不提倡：变突破为绕。
UNHAPPY能不能再详细讲讲， 为什么变突破为绕能提高突破成功率。
记得BETTERBASKETBALL里面说，突破要走V， 不能走U，就是绕，因为那样

当然在unhappy和我指导面前就见笑了。
突破最有效的办法就是通过队友做screen, 如果能形成对方防守空档就是easy layup或
投篮。
如果对方换防，就是Mismatch。
如果一定要靠1 vs 1，除非我就是很有信心知道自己比对方快，否则就是导致forced 出
手。在我们教练眼里是非常不可取的。

一个是摆脱出机会急停中远投,这个其实是比例最高的
如果真是要突到底的话
要么你速度非常惊人,第一下摆脱加速之后到内线还不能确立有效协防位置时就开始上
要么就要技术很细腻,启动之后仍然有余力再做变向变速
通过技术动作摆脱协防,包括上篮后空中躲人或者对抗后出手
除非一开始对方就是包夹
当你启动起来之后,协防的人仍然是暂时失位的,并不是有效防守位置
并且为了赶到防守位置,多半都是在运动中
就像unhappy前辈前面提到的,这时候的人其实是很容易摆脱的
前提是你技术足够细
因为启动后高速行进中要做变向变速对技术跟身体的要求也更高
但一旦做出来了,就非常容易摆脱人
我刚来的时候比较快时,经常用的一个动作就是运球一侧双变向启动
加速起来之后一般这一侧就会有人协防过来
这时候推球前进的手做半个向弱侧的体前变向,做一半再变回来
这样其实身体是一直向篮筐前进的,并且前进速度并没降下来,
但刚好这个动作会让协防人员犹豫一下
有这么一个犹豫的瞬间,已经足够从协防人跟主防人之间穿过形成上篮了
而且这个比较小的两个半变向同时也会对内线补防的人造成一定影响

"Misery likes company", I learned this saying from a supervisor of mine. :)
That was from my first job in the US, and for a small company in a mid-size
city before the IT boom and wave of foreign workers, it's not too surprising
that the HR manager never heard of H1b visa. I took the job nontheless, and
started working using my OPT. After a few months of hard working and
performance, I asked for the H1b sponsorship and got approved with no problem.

recently. We have quiz sometimes on computer and everybody can get 100 easily
and thoes quiz grades will be count as 5% in the whole course grade. It is med
-surg class. I missed that day's class ( I started to miss class recently
becuase I wnat to stay home to study by myself), and there were 3 such

首先标题就是 China: Unrest in Kashgar, Xinjiang, leaves 15 dead。 Unrest 这个词是个中性词，通常指公众以静坐 ，抗议，骚乱等方式表达最社会体系不满。是一类常见政治行为。（见http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Civil_disorder）。
而前天的这个事件，完全就是恐怖袭击，又制造爆炸又杀人，早就超出了unrest的范畴。
