昨天回家问女儿知道现在有人提出因为希拉里赢了popular vote, 所以应该算她赢了，
她的看法，以下是我们的对话
我：你知道为啥希拉里赢了popular vote，缺输了electoral vote吗？
女儿：知道啊，因为Trump在每个他赢的州都赢得不多，但只要赢了，就是所有的选举
人票；而他在他输的几个州里，却输的比较惨，所以绝对数就比较大。
我：对，就比如举个极端的例子，希拉里只赢了加州和纽约州，她可以得到84张选举人
票，但这两个地方她一共比Trump多了300万popular vote。而Trump呢，在其他所有州
都赢了，可每个州只赢了5万popular vote，这样他有454张选举人票但可能只赢了希拉

冲突，但是在法律意义上，持签证或者绿卡的外国人没有行政上诉权利。这不代表他们
直系有公民身份的人没有行政上诉权利。另外，跟这些外国人相关的州政府或者单位都
有权利去挑战行政命令；
第二，有效签证和绿卡被剥夺，对国家信用的损害非常大。现在针对的是几个小的穆斯
林国家，对美国利益的直接损害不大，但是国际上其他国家就只能呵呵了。你可以说美
国是老大，可以耍流氓，但是流氓毕竟是流氓；
第三，持签证和绿卡的外国公民，在脚踏上美国soil之前，是没有相应的权利的——即
使在美国境内，也不具有跟移民问题相关的行政上诉权利，在脚踏入美国境内后，签证
和绿卡，甚至是非法移民都拥有很大范围的权利和保障，这个问题涵盖的方面太广泛，
但是基本上文明社会应该有的基本人权是连非法移民都有的，人是人这个概念跟合法或
者是非法身份不应该有关系；
第四，川普要暂停新签证和新绿卡的发放，甚至阻止继续处理和完成难民入境手续——

的对话正在继续，并敦促朝鲜与美国展开（关于放弃核武问题的）会谈。
2月10日，韩国总统文在寅会见了朝鲜高级代表团并与之共进午餐。期间金与正以金正
恩特使的身份递交了金正恩的亲笔信，邀请文在寅在方便的时候访问朝鲜。但文在寅回
应说，朝鲜需要和美国开展积极的对话，为其访朝创造条件。

在70多年前，中国处于长期半分裂状态，美英法德俄意日等在中国都有区域代理人。中
华民国中央政府受制于不与国家配合的地方军阀，国家连铁路在地方省份上的口径都无
法统一时，中国孱弱无力。我们作为一个延续了几千年的政治实体，却被西方看作是下
