首先，所谓conflict of interest,在judicial disqualification程序上有两种路径，
要么法官recuse sua sponte,要么一方上motion。lying trump要是觉得在法律上这个
coi成立，就不用whine了，上一个motion就算是denied了也是上诉的最佳理由，end of
story.
其次，所谓COI的理由成不成立？或许lying trump 这个理由可以骗poorly educated的
达克，骗不了其他人。
原因如下
Judicial disqualification规定主要在28 usc 455. 455a实践中容易一些，455b举证
责任非常严苛，除非有compelling evidence证明特定的impartiality，否则压根没戏。

紧张。
后来一系列的政策论述的演讲对中间选民是很有帮助的，左媒再说没有specifics就没
什么底气了。两个突然出现的机会也被床铺迅速抓住：一是和墨西哥总统见面，二是下

signal呢？
问题二，当uphill或downhill打了右的signal后pull over停在那里后，灯要一直亮着继续完成动作还是一直打着灯完成接下来的轮子靠curb的动作呢？

and the correct way to do a hill start.
and holding the car on a incline with half engaged clutch is going to kill
the clutch real soon.
手动车开的好的, would toe-heel downshift when breaking. Or at least
downshift as the car slows down.
下坡踩离合 is one of the worst driving habits. |

还有一点，低配的 Prius 比低配的 Civic/Corolla 内部空间大，
默认配置高 (Keyless push start, climate control, heated mirror,

另外一点值得注意的是，Prius 是为数不多的$30k 以下价位还在日本
生产组装的车型了。Corolla, Civic, Camry, Accord, Highlander,
Pilot, CRV, RAV4, Passat, Golf, Jetta 都是清一水的 Made in USA.
