ss PS ON 对其他ON的uptake有帮助，不知是不是类似原理呵呵。
degradation挺头疼。RXi那个东应该是modify过得，忘了是LNA还是啥了。
要是NP能work就好了，即使简单conjugate到surface上，从3D到2D造成的degradation
减缓就会很可观，更何况还可以包埋＋controlled release，要是在加上targeted
delivery（我的最爱啊）就完美啦hahaha~说起来还是mark davis的东东最接近我的
口味啊，不知release mechanism是什么

加glucose uptake，但是这样结果就难以分析了。
但我觉得细胞系在高糖下是不会凋亡的吧。体内可能不一样，我不清楚，但那也应是慢
性作用，你用细胞也试着长时间处理呢？

泡，diameter < 10um，而细胞即使trypsin消化下来之后也并不是规则的圆形，这些碎
片并不能uptake trypan blue，计数活细胞(trypan blue-, diameter > 10um) 的数量
有明显减少, 但以trypan blue+ 的％算，并不比对照组减少很多，大概从95％减少到
90％
用FITC-Annexin V和PI double staining，做flow没有看到明显Annexin V+细胞群，
AnnexinV+ PI+细胞群会增加但也不会增加太多(本身％也小于10％)
用50uM Z-VAD-FMK caspase inhibitor 与siRNA共同处理细胞, 这些碎片就不会产生，
计数活细胞的数量也不会减少, 和对照细胞没有差别
请问这是否说明细胞有死亡？能否看出是何种死亡方式？谢谢大家! |

cysteine uptakes and deplete its GSH level. Your probe has a Micheal's
acceptor, so I you will have toxicity around 10s microM, but it is probably

I wounder if you treated with certain compounds, would you be able to
determine specific GSH pool depletion because there is a cyto- and a mito-
pool of GSH.
