我这里简化、普及化一点。
taste receptor，就是辨别各种味道（比如甜味，苦味，酸味等等。这里就只讲甜味了
）的蛋白质。舌头上有taste
receptor（地球人都知道），但是不光舌头上有，肠子里也有！肠子里面的L-cell，一
种分泌荷尔蒙的细胞上面发现了

复杂的回答是：食物中的TG在肠子里被分解成fatty acid和monoacylglycerol （MG，
就是连
着一个fatty acid的glycerol）,这两个东西被肠壁吸收，在mucosal cell里面重新形
成TG，
然后和其他一些lipid和protein pack到一起，形成chylomicron，被release到淋巴系
统里
面，最终进入血液。
chylomicron then bind to lipoprotein lipase （这个酶可以把TG分解成fatty acid
和MG，通常在脂肪组织和肌肉里面），然后在insulin刺激下，fatty acid will be
uptake
by the cells and resynthesis TG and store in the cell.
2.fat cell非常不容易死，呵呵。减肥成功，很大程度上是fat cell变小。长期肥胖，

不过老农我还是觉得没得啥子哈
我们infection时吃的都是数百mg level的antibiotics，
而UMN这两篇paper里说：
“The concentrations of chlortetracycline in plant tissues
were small (2-17 ng g(-1) fresh weight), ”
“Total accumulation of sulfamethazine in plant tissue after
45 d of growth was less than 0.1% of the amount applied to soil in manure.”
相较之下，我觉得伴随manure带到植物上的pathgenic bacterial
才是concern，毕竟前者只是学究的paper research，后者是
实实在在的claim了好些人性命的。
这是为什么manure最好要compost才用的一个重要原因。
有antibiotic的manure说不定更安全。 |

你在阐述你的观点，我也在阐述我的观点。你觉得商业公司的宣传不对，我觉得你的观
点不对，这都很正常。我不是学生化的，我学过生理。但我依然觉得，讨论代糖是不是
和普通的糖引起一样多的胰岛素分泌，考虑胰岛素是被什么刺激分泌的最直接，而咀嚼
之类的消化问题，在这里不是讨论重点。
我提到glycolysis，是在讨论血糖高了以后怎么引起胰岛素分泌，不是在说胰岛素高了
怎么降血糖。一码归一码，考试题里把这两个弄混的学生多了去了，很失望你也误解。
真要说什么在胰岛素降血糖的过程中起最重要的作用，我当然不会选glycolysis，而是
降低的gluconeogenesis和增加的glucose uptake and lipogenesis，当然，还有你说
的glycogenesis。
大周末的忍不住跟你学术起来是我不对，大概就懂这点东西，看着别人说不对所以想纠

多吃一些含铁量高的蔬菜吧，比如 spinach, collard green.还有beans, lentils,
chick peas, soybeans.还是不要吃red meat 好，因为同样多的calories, veggies
contain more iorn. 还有要避免coffee和tea，coz those will inhibit the uptake

甲状腺大潮， 说说我的二次甲亢， 第二次进行中。。。 美国医生就是shit
高中在国内， 有一天， 我妈觉得我的头颈特别粗。 她以为我缺碘， 拼命叫我吃海带
。 。我对海带觉得很不好吃，但还被逼着吃。
直到有一天， 我骑自行车， 骑到一半， 心跳太快， 骑不动了， 倒在路边， 我妈带
我去医院看病。 一查， 甲亢。 碘太多了。
然后吃药。 吃了什么药， 忘了。 吃了三年， 就好了。 其实， 吃了几个月， 就感
觉好了。 后面是maintain。 当时吃药一点副作用都没有。觉得这甲亢不是个big
deal
二十年后， 我自己vacation， 带着我狗儿子去了一次cabo mexico， 顺便在这里推荐

度太低,culture积累速度太慢,受外围国家的文化压迫太强烈,建设重点不明确,造了太
多的farm和work shop,没造town,结果经济紧张,科技投入太低,没有发展scientific
method之类能提高劳动效率的科技. |

On the heels of Apple's earnings release yesterday in which the company
announced a record 17 million iPads sold during the second calendar quarter
of 2012, research firm Strategy Analytics has published its estimates of the
