2，知道距离场地最近的urgency或者emergency 医院路线。
3,开踢前带领全部球员，梳理一遍场地，有碎玻璃或者石块等清除，尤其是有小坑的地
方，要随车带着home deport的top soil填平，这些小坑非常容易崴脚，出事故的频率
比铲球等犯规都多，一定要引起注意。觉得带土太土的话，有些坑可以放上cone，警示
下队员，尽量减少没必要的意外事故。
4，要为全队配备一些简单的医疗应急package，去疼痛的，消肿的。
5，开踢前两天，明确不同时间段的训练和比赛项目，并确认队员点到情况，并根据此
，事先（而不是现场）确定分队的标准，突出某项训练或者打法。而不是一轰而来，一
轰而去。
