UROGENITAL FLORA是colonization, 不算UTI. 要是你有尿路感染的症状， 有写OB也是

test (urine and blood test at ~6 wks) showed that I have urine tract
infection due to Group B Strep, (10,000-25,000). She prescribed Amplicilin
to me. I checked that it is generally considered safe during pregnancy but
I am just not comfortable taking pills in the first trimester. Anyone who
has similar experience and can share with me? I am really hesitant to take
the antibiotics. |

一查血压.高的150+, 低的110+, 很郁闷. 为了排除我爬楼梯上去的因素, 检查完了后,
护士又给我查了一次, 高的130+, 低的81, 在BORDER上.
然后URINE里面还发现了有SUGER TRACE. 太郁闷.
悔恨啊, 以前上班的时候,天天忙的很, 所有的检查这些问题都没出现过, 血压很正常,
也没有BLOOD /URINE SUGER的问题.
这开始休假的一周多, 开始了我天天逛街的生活, 每天都要买个几十,百多快钱的东西,
中间还超级多吃的. 这下好了, 血糖上去了, 血压高了.
最后回家的路上, 我路过ROSS, 想起来版上有人说过小孩子衣服便宜, 就拐进去看下,
结果发现真是便宜, 都是$5~$7一件的. 可是我之前已经10多快一件都买的差不多了.
为了舒服, 还买回来全都洗过了. 哎....
最后求问下, 39周都没开口, 也没软化的, 看样子是要推迟生了吧. 求大家祝福我快点
生了吧. 谢谢大家. |

发帖数: 59 | 7 六个月大的男宝宝，发烧三天后自动退烧,但尿液检查（urine analysis is negetive;
urine culture is positive).大夫建议吃十天的cefdinir抗生素。但宝宝吃了一次以
后，腹泻，全身出红疹，哭闹的非常厉害（很可能是副作用），可是大夫建议继续吃。
有过类似经验的姐妹觉得还有必要继续吃药吗（因为烧自动退了）？
另外这么小的小孩用导尿管取尿样会不会有什么风险？
希望有经验的姐妹分享一下，不胜感激！ |

per sonogram?
As for ketones in urine, I guess they test it each time with your urine
samples (ketones, sugar, protein, etc) . If your doctor did not say anything
about it, I assume it is normal. But ask him or her next time. |

sodium是有害的，因为sodium在怀孕期间流失很多，不补充的话会影响体内的微平衡。
摄入盐分过多造成的水肿其实是对婴儿无害的，除非有高血压之类的。

娃18个月checkup打的MMR和chickenpox，打的时候儿医说，这个疫苗有delay effect，
若2周内发现打疫苗的附近有chickenpox那样的小痘痘，那就是疫苗的反应，这个是传
染的，不要暴露在外面；MMR则有可能2周内发烧。
回家第一周安全度过，我就大意了，周末带娃去游泳，结果我被泳池小朋友的virus放
倒，周二开始不舒服，周三发烧。没想到周四娃就开始发烧，立刻约了周五的儿医。见
了儿医，因为我也发烧，儿医认为既有可能是我传染娃的，也有可能是疫苗。儿医说只
要没有烧到102度，就不用去医院。因为马上周末，问儿医周末还发烧怎么办，儿医说
应该3天就不烧了，若周日还烧，就去儿童医院（kaiser的保险，这个属于off hour
clinic，copay贵一点）。

直到目前，肝怎么到硬化晚期还是没有确诊，不过也没有恶化到换肝。目前他的情况怎
么样谁也不知道，我们就提心吊胆这么养着，这是第一年了。有人说过七八年可能还得
换，有人说可能一辈子都不需要，还有人说只要一个碰巧比如感冒可能就触发了。
不过事实是出院换了奶粉后孩子逐渐缓过来了，我们慢慢也看清楚是怎么回事了。虽然
医生没有确认，我们认为大概100%就这么回事了，给大家说说，有宝宝的小心了。
他出生的时候其实就不正常，他的NBS(newborn screen)在acylcarnitine C16后有几个
异常高（大概是正常上限的10倍），很不幸的是我们州的NBS算法不考虑这些，所以在
NBS的报告里把他算成正常儿。
当他住院后医生根据NBS排除他的这种代谢病，然后就开始筛查其他原因。在这个过程
中做的很多检查需要麻醉，需要不进食，需要一些葡萄糖，还给他可能他最不合适的奶
粉，等等这些所有的步骤后他的代谢病症状马上明显了。所以这个时候PICU要求代谢病
