X光檢查結果。我們初翻譯了一下，中英文如下。
IMPRESSION: A 9.9 mm calcification in the region of the left renal hilum
suspicious for a renal artery aneurysm. CT would be necessary to distinguish
between aneurysm and renal calculus.

obscured by bowel contents.

破水到底是什么感觉？
据说有10%的准妈妈会发生破水而进入LABOR。破水的感觉可能会是下面的某一种或多种：
● feel a gush of water that is followed right away by uncontrollable and steady leaking
● a certain type of a popping feeling
● a trickling of fluid or a general wetness of the perineum
孕后期，特别是38周之后，如果宝宝的头下来快要出来，那么发生破水能漏出来的羊水量可能并不多，所以出现液体分泌物千万不要掉以轻心啊！如果不敢肯定是什么，最好打电话给医院或联系OB。
这些水样的分泌物有四种可能，具有不同特点，JMs可根据下面初步判断：

酸奶果汁这些都吃了就吐，所以我感觉最近尿量特别少，就让大夫给做了个尿检，结果
说尿道感染（Urinary tract infection)，夫给开了一种抗生素胶囊，名字是
Nitrofurantoin Mono/Mac 100MG CAPS.
不知道这种感染会不会影响Baby？需要做什么检查看Baby是不是被传染了？
另外，这个药的详细说明上说use of this medicine is not recommended if you are
pregnant and at term (38 to 42 weeks pregnant).不知道我现在12周吃是不是安全？
有JM有过类似的情况吗？谢谢！ |

是治疗尿路感染的，现在有两个版本，中文查出来的名字叫呋喃妥因，说呋喃妥因可透
过胎盘屏障，而胎儿酶系尚未发育完全，故妊娠后期孕妇不宜应用，足月孕妇禁用，以
避免胎儿发生溶血性贫血的可能。
英文版本是说在快生产前的2-4个星期不能用，以下是BABY CENTER的内容：
If you get recurrent urinary tract infections or if the infection gets into
your kidneys, your caregiver may recommend taking nitrofurantoin (trade name
Macrodantin or Macrobid) for the rest of your pregnancy to prevent another

这是国内网上找到的。
尿路感染是小儿泌尿道常见疾病之一，而女宝宝较男宝宝而言，更易受感染，其原因是
女宝宝的尿道较短，长仅1cm（性成熟期3-5cm），会阴亦短，外口接肛门，易受粪便污
染。
一旦得了此病，大龄儿童会有尿频、尿急等症状，而小宝宝往往有全身症状，如发烧、
哭闹等。更进一步确诊，则需要带宝宝去医院化验尿常规及中段尿培养等。如果宝宝在
得了尿路感染后经正规治疗，仍有反复发作的话，妈妈就要警惕宝宝是否有先天性肾、
输尿管、膀胱畸形。
平时应该鼓励宝宝多饮水，在宝宝大便后及时帮他清洁外限部，勤换尿布等，以免感染。

超声是为了排除一些别的问题，不会有什么的。

we sent out a culture of your urine. The result came back with a small
amount of bacteria which is below our threshold for treatment. I was
calling to see if you were having any urinary sx's such as pain with

50mg before bed. However it may have some side effect including dry mouth,
sedation, constipation and urinary retention, incresing risk for fall etc.
Try it 3 days and off for the 4th day. See it helps the problem. Does
your family is taking any med or has any condition that you think it might
cause the insomonia? |

前两周google了一下1st trimester spotting,据说出现概率大概有30%,还是挺常见的,
大部分都没什么问题,不用担心.当然了,google中文网站的结果就很不一样了,搞得我很
紧张~ 所以,如果不放心的话,就打电话问问医生,免得心里老想着这事.
从无名小册子上抄过来的.

During infancy and early childhood, only the outside of the intact penis
needs to be rinsed with warm water. The foreskin should not be retracted
