以前技术不发达,资本家必须拼命压榨才能有利润。更人性化更民主的企业制度被实践
之后发现,一部分被激励的人多创造的财富不足以抵消另一部分怠工者少创作的财富,
因为劳动效率之间的差别并不大,而被激励的人少于怠工的人。
比如说一般工人的效率是100,特别优秀的可能是200,怠工的可能是50。这样只要被激
励的人少于怠工的人的一半的时候,资本家就会亏损。这样就意味着宁可不激励优秀的
那群,也要强制怠工的。
现在的技术工作,特别优秀的可能是1000或者10000,怠工的可能是0。The game has
changed. 只要被激励的人达到怠工的人的1/100就可以平衡了。
推荐一本书叫 drive,讲what motivates people and why motived people is
valuable, more valuable than you might have thought

刚收到朋友forward的邮件,他家(拜耳)regulatory affairs部门暑期在新泽西跟北
京貌似同时要招实习生,新泽西大概招4名,北京大概招3名。Application deadline是
一月底。北京的office要求是中国公民。貌似接受无经验(但最好略懂)的申请者。博
士优先。据朋友说往年最后录取者貌似中国人不少。实习的薪水方面,美国的薪水大概
在33-36刀每小时。有机会(但据说很不容易)在实习后拿到全职offer(朋友没拿到但
同批有人拿到),base在80000-95000刀之间,年底双薪。所以第一年大概package在
