事情简单的讲就是我去钓鱼时忘带钓鱼证了，警察来检查时就连他们的系统里也没
找到我的名字，所以开了罚单去法庭。上庭后，法官直接给我两条路：1.认罪交$124
2.上诉，如果胜诉不用交钱了，如果败诉还要交1百多的上诉开庭费，加上之前的就250
左右了。
我现在是暂时答应交罚款，可是很不甘心阿。法院那帮人的嘴脸就是流氓的嘴脸。
请大家帮帮忙，我该怎么办啊？
当时警察把我的名字报错了，才没有在电脑系统里找到我的名字。给我开了罚单上
的名字也是一字之差写错了。当时警察还和我说，没关系的到了法院给他们看你的钓鱼
证就可以撤掉罚单了。到了法院我和法官解释，可他什么都不听。就问我钓鱼时有没有
带证，如果你说是，那就是认罪了。他就直接给你单子交钱。我当时当然不能那么快承
认了，他也不听我解释，我就和他说‘我和不想多辩解什么，我就说我的名字和罚单上
的不符，那是不是应该罚单上的人交钱而不是我’他就问我的名字后直接在上面改回来
了，然后再问我认不认罪。我当时简直想抽他两巴掌，一帮土匪流氓。旁边的警察还笑
得得意。我当时想算了，我也不懂这里的法律。他们又是一伙的，交了算了。到楼下交
