之前在国内的时候是个hiking狂热分子，基本每周都会出行。看到muyang之前的帖子有
提到 backpacking装备的问题，这里和大家分享一下自己的看法：
我们先不妨看看想部队里的野战军人，拉练时每天行军40余里，仔细想想他们的装备无
非就是一双解放鞋，一身军装，一根背包带，一床军备，但却走的气宇轩昂。举这个例
子并不是说装备不重要，而是强调在 backpacking（或者说任何outdoor项目）的重点
在人，而不是装备。完全依赖装备，以为穿上一身户外装备就从此脱胎换骨的想法是大
错特错，甚至是危险的。既然人是主体，那么为什么在这对装备还多费口舌？在我的理
解看来，装备是为了帮助人更安全，更容易，更舒服的抵达目的。同样是装备徒步40
公里，用背包带的话，肩膀会勒出血痕，选择有背负系统的登山包就可以免受其苦；解
放鞋徒步肯定没问题，但舒适度，对脚踝的保护一定不如专业登山鞋。大意就是，我们
不怕吃苦，但别自找苦吃。
言归正传，backpacking最重要的装备我觉得有两个一个是鞋，一个是包。

the necessity of internal vapor barrier (VB) is also
determined by the surrounding temperature.
If the temperature does not vary much from 0C (32F), the

这个说来话长，我来写个经验贴吧。以下提到的球都是official match ball,
除了那个Terrestra GrandStade.
2000年那会，那个时候Adidas Terrestra SilverStream
非常好，即便次一档的GrandStade踢着也非常舒服，那个球踢了好几年，
总的说来，有点份量的感觉，停球落在脚上很稳，跟下个动作很连贯。
Nike那个时候有一款球叫做Merlin Vapor, 也很好，它触球让你觉得略
有点儿轻，好像不太稳定，但是射门的时候可以感到那个球呼啸而过，这个球
也踢了一段时间，05年去SD踢华人比赛还带去，可惜乱军从中就不见了。
这中间还有两款值得说一下，首先有个Adidas Pelias, 样子比较复古 04年欧
洲杯用了个航海时代Reteiro，样子比较现代，这两个球都还可以，但是已经
是比较光滑的表面，和以前的皮球不太一样了。跟着就是06年世界杯这个球，
TeamGeist和Reteiro有点象，外壳变的更一体成型的那种样子，很平滑，但
是摸起来少了皮球的感觉。应该说，它和那个Merlin Vapor的外壳有点相似。

皮面透气，但是脏了那叫一个难看，所以千万不要搞浅色的。
Adidas Barricade 7&8 需要break，而且take a long long time to break.刚刚穿时

发帖数: 6158 | 19 去年刚来美国，买了03年的二手matrix，一年从5万8开到6万9，性能一直都很好，所以
Engine灯亮了有一段时间了也没在意，认为只是油箱盖盖不紧的缘故（原车主当时已告
知）。因为年检8月到期，上周六找了家Shell去做state inspection，结果人家说
engine灯亮着不能检，让我们先解决这个问题。
于是回家路上就去了常去换机油的一家firestone，说检查灯亮原因要100刀，很贵呀，
不过被忽悠了半天居然还是同意了。没想到这一检还发现了大问题，说我们车的
catalytic converter和fuel vapor storage canister都要换，加上labor差不多要
1400刀！！这下再忽悠也不听了，说得先考虑考虑就拿着单子回家了。
在网上找了一圈中国人开的修车铺，打了几个电话，发现检查engine灯可不要100，还
有免费的，而且firestone的检查结果他们也不认，都要重新检查了再看要修什么。周
一我们就找了一家免费检查的去看，也查出来两个code，不过一个是油箱盖没盖紧，另

Air and fuel vapors in the tank have to escape to allow the fuel to go in.
The normal path is through the carbon canister which traps the fuel vapors
and allows the air to pass.
So either the vent valve is stuck closed, the filter (if used) is dirty, the
opening for the filter/vent valve is obstructed with debris, or in some
cases the canister itself has plugged up.
Find a technician who is familiar with evaporative emission systems to test. |

就是再上一代（03以前）的老款。不知道楼主的是不是 Classic。
Vapor lock也是可以通过刷ECU firmware解决的。去找 Chevy dealer 问问有没有这方
面的 recall。如果有的话 dealer 应该免费服务。 |

发帖数: 921 | 22 12月中旬check engine灯亮了，到Volvo dealer查了一下，说是ECM-400C fuel leak -
- vapor leak. 但由于车子的ECM SW不是新的，他们没法用电脑找出具体是哪里leak的
。upgrade车子ECM 软件要将近$200. 跟dealer说要考虑一下，dealer把code给消了，
check engine灯也灭了，开回家。
回家后google了一下，发现有裂纹的油箱盖有可能引起这个ECM-400C code,旧的盖子上
边确实有很多裂纹，买了一个新的换上.最近开了几次，check engine灯都没有回来。
因为这个月要renew plate,需要先通过emission test,不知这种情况下能不能过呀？不
确定现在还有没有vapor leak问题。

照说本科生得让发考题们认为极其有科研的潜质,才能打败无数硕士生,发考题们才
会直接给本科生offer直攻博士;
看这份简历,我的感觉是
1.本科成绩好,会读书
2.参加了很多国内老师的项目,参加了一些海外老师的暑期短期项目,有些学术锻炼和想
法,但无明显成果,可能人缘好,会来事;但不排除夸大自己作用的可能
3.得了一些奖学金,国内高校基本上成绩好加积极参加学校各项活动,对老师会来事,自
然就能得.
3.英语写的好
4.积极参加各种活动,精力充沛,勤奋,把自己的时间,安排的满满当当的,有废寝忘食的
倾向.
5.非常有计划性和目的性,经过几年奋斗,作为本科学生,已经达到面面聚到的无短板程
度.
作为本科生,这份简历无疑是优秀的;但是却无法直接得出极其有科研的潜质的结论;相
反无数硕士生申请攻博士,由于年龄大一些和工作经历,也许本科成绩绩点低一些,得的
奖学金项目少一些,但是有实践经验,多数还会有1-2篇海外(尽管可能级别和影响不高)

barrier is set at the warm side of the wall。stucco 国内翻译成拉毛水泥， 三
层coat, scratch coat, brown coat and skim coat. 三层的水泥砂浆比例都有所不同。

use a vapor barrier (plastic) 24 to 36 inches wide in a "J" shaped against
the structure to divert water away from the building.”

加vapor barrier，用6 mil的那种。这样，crawl space里面不会湿。自己做材料应该
是一个sqft一块钱的样子。
稍微彻底一点，在crawl space里面做french drain，更彻底一点，在Crawl space外部
做Exterior French drain。但是无论怎么样，第一步俺总是建议做的，这样crawl
space里面还能干净好多。。。 |

但是不制冷只有一半情况是由REFRIGERANT泄漏引起的,其他可能原因是COMPRESSOR
MALFUNCTION或RESTRICTION.具体诊断还是要专业人员用专业工具来进行.当然如果你可
以测得高低压管的读数和COPRESSOR RLA还有LIQUID LINE VAPOR LINE温度,我们在版上

就像毛毛细雨一样，还挺好听的。。。我买的不是humidifier，是vaporizer。房间里
的小加湿器，我买了无数种（我把BBB, Walmart，Target，CVS，Walgreens，Amazon都
扫过了），一个一个试过去得，就vicks vaporizer才能把湿度迅速的升高，别的200刀
的都不行。。。
你这都嫌吵，我买了一个大加湿器，管2500尺的，那才叫一个吵，哈哈，放在高档的话
，在旁边说话都听不清了，就算最低档，那都是嗡嗡嗡的，非常大声音。。。哈哈，就

。。只能半夜开，扔楼底下。。。没办法啊，没加湿器，我家20%的湿度都达不到。。

这还号称quiet设计呢，没办法，我买过无数过了，大的都吵，很吵，匪夷所思的吵。
。。只能半夜开，扔楼底下。。。没办法啊，没加湿器，我家20%的湿度都达不到。。
。炉子上的加湿器又说容易生霉菌，真没辙了。。。

发帖数: 1359 | 42 宝宝感冒几天了，发烧一次，几个晚上鼻子堵得全家一起睡不好，这两
天有点起色。我们几乎所有的方法都试了，觉得最有用的还是吸鼻球，
如果听到宝宝吸鼻涕，一定要不怕哭闹，坚定不移地做后妈后爸，一定
要把鼻涕吸出来。再一个有用的就是vapor bath，我们用的强生的，洗澡
水里放一点，澡洗到一半宝宝鼻子就松动了，开始不停吸鼻涕，这个时
候就可以吸鼻子了。在澡盆里宝宝没处逃，反抗小，更容易给他吸。如果
宝宝睡觉时鼻子堵得太厉害，我还在加湿器得水里加一两滴这个vapor bath,
让宝宝睡着呼吸一点里面的薄荷油。vick baby rub也用过，里面有效的也是
薄荷油，我们是洗完澡往胸前背后摸一点。
宝宝生病真折磨人啊！我们这个，量个体温吸个鼻子都像要杀他似的。半夜
不停的坐起来喘气，翻来覆去打滚，昨天终于不滚了，老老实实睡了一夜，
我和领导都开心的不得了。 |

If volume is constant, pressure and temperature is a straight line if the
gas is ideal. If this line can intersect with its saturated vapor line, it
is possible to the mixture can return to liquid state depending its initial
condition. Most likely it could NOT return to liquid state because some
gases are not condensatable if the temperature is higher than a certain
value. |
