最近IL警方抓了一个人。是个富二代。
他在FL飙车，撞死了两个英国游客，然后跑了。后来被条子抓住了。但是估计赔了很多
钱，另外上下打点，所以FL法院只判他HOME PRISON两年。

Yichun Xu, a 19-year-old community college student from China, entered not
guilty pleas this morning to six charges, including vehicular homicide, for
a Nov. 10 crash in Des Moines that led to the death of a 25-year-old woman
days later at Harborview Medical Center.
Xu did not speak during his arraignment before King County Superior Court
Judge Mary Roberts at the Norm Maleng Regional Justice Center in Kent.

西雅图时报报导，根据法院及监狱纪录，本案嫌犯徐义春(Yichun Xu，音译)到美国才两个月，就读South Puget Sound社区大学，目前被收押在金恩郡监狱。他另外被控两项怠忽致危罪(reckless endangerment)。
法院纪录显示，因为他没有依法提出学生签证申请文件，他也因违反联邦移民与海关执法局法规而遭拘留。
徐义春的父母得知消息后，已从中国赶来美国。
当地KIRO电视台报导，徐义春在车祸发生四天前，才刚买了一辆宾士C-300轿车。10日当天，他载着四个十七、八岁的(中国)同伴去买东西，下午3时许经过限速30哩的街道，却以约70哩的时速飞驰。
车祸发生后，徐义春腿部受伤，同车18岁的赵姓少年头部受伤，一名18岁女生拒绝送医，还有两个17岁乘客未受伤。

中国留学生陈轶婧（Yijing Chen）的母亲Hongfen Shen，一年多前过马路时被36岁白人女子贺萧（Nicole Herschel）撞死，肇事后不但没报警，反将陈母拖到路边后开走。但她未走远在路边停车，对警方谎称不是她撞的，洛杉矶县地检处之后只以驾车致人于死（vehicular manslaughter）轻罪（misdemeanor）起诉。陈轶婧感到不平，委请洛杉矶县检察官出身的律师杰克森（Alan Jackson）出面主持公道，盼改以重罪（felony）起诉。然而她未能如愿，地检处不肯照办。贺萧对轻罪不抗辩（no contest），在当庭向陈轶婧道歉后，被高等法院法官布兰度利诺（Joseph Brandolino）判处一年有期徒刑。法官并拒绝检察官立即收押要求，让贺萧2018年1月26日才向洛杉矶县警局（LASD）报到入狱。
