Exterior Color: Blue Metallic
Interior Color: Venetian Beige
Packages: Premium package + Driver assistance package
MSRP $42850， $6510 off, $39000 OTD
经过几轮讨价还价，两次要离开，两次被强行挽留，dealer终于满足了我$6500 off的
要价。最后为了正好凑成$39000的OTD，相当于给了$6510 off。我和LD都比较满意了。
最近打算从BBA里面选一大一小，所以这一个月一直关注车版的报价贴，对各个款式好
deal的价格基本都烂熟于心。非常感谢大家的报价，不然想要能砍到一个比较低的价格
基本不可能。
对价格了解之后，走进了dealership可以比较自信的提出来一个aggressive但是dealer
应该还是有可能接受的价位。然后死咬住这个价格，达不到就走，几个回合下来就差不
多了。

呢？照片的颜色有点失真，柜子的颜色挺浅的，厨房台面的颜色也挺浅的。按照

的Move-Out Charges。每个细小项目都在后面列了修复的金额，看到这个表有些被吓到
了。请大家看看，这样的Move-Out Charges是属于标准流程里的吗？大家租房的时候都
收到这个吗？另外，怎么确定如下的东西是好的，还是需要被Charge的？当我们搬进去
的时候，是不是要和房东一起检查房间内的各样东西的状况，好有一个对房子维护的基
本的共识？

我买的是这些，
Alessandra bed with mattress, sand select
Jason night table, mushroom with white glaz
Jason dresser mushroom with white glaz
Venetian style mirror
我还配了一个小电脑桌，因为我看书时间比较多。Jodi pedestal desk, 也要求漆
mushroom with white glaz
配了一个Devonshire swivel glider, 要求把布料换成那种带花纹的lacey camel, 这
样和其他家具颜色搭配。
材料是maple, 从north carolina定做，大概10 周。
他们家还有一套餐桌很好，如果家里的人用着爱惜，可以考虑。椅子大概800 一只，坐
着很舒服。我记得好像是avery table, cassett side chair. |
