light,最好套在头上或挂在后背上;接近到15feet以内时才看到runner全身,这时
relfective vest能反映出人体轮廓,帮助driver确定超人时应保持的人车距离.
这次relay买了4个relfective vest,已经被reverse一空,我准备再去买一个.
BTW,被撞runner的team声称她是穿着relfective vest的. |

没有非要有度数的才可以用。
如果是跟船出去一般船上都有NOODLE给不会游的人。
亏你想得出来要买VEST。如果是用VEST，无论会游、不会游的人都无法SNORKEL了。因
为VEST的设计就是保持人的头在水外面

发帖数: 860 | 6 我不用实心泡沫那种，主要是太大不好带。因为很多snorkel的好地方都没什么人，更
别说找地方租借life vest了。
其实snorkel vest用的时候不能把气吹足，吹起一点点就够了，多了反而不好用。真不
幸遇到漏气的问题，边吹边游应该没问题。
另外说个很有趣的现象， 我发现只要带着snorkel,不带snorkel vest,我就可以浮起来
，所以所谓不会游泳其实是不会换气，带上snorkel,换气的问题解决了，人自然就能游
了。
snorkel真是旱鸭子的福音呀。

我们周末在old san juan住了一晚，晚上特别热闹，凌晨了人还很多，很多情侣在广场
上翩翩起舞，路上小摊贩售卖各种食物和小礼品。推荐周末晚上去老城区逛逛。就是开
车特别堵，最好刚入城就找地方停车。
biobay的荧光海湾不容错过，真的太神奇了，建议去8pm那一拨，荧光比较清楚。
旺季去culebra的flaminco 海滩ferry买不到票，想省钱只能跟团去。有guided
snorkeling才$70，感觉不错，虽然我们没时间参加。
热带雨林比较没意思，没见过的可以看个新鲜，不过2小时就足够了，瀑布没啥好看的。
所以puerto rico两个古堡需要大半天，biobay一晚上，culebra小岛大半天，加起来两
天足够了。
st thomas
海滩比st john差很多，所以st thomas一天足够了。我们停留了2天，比较多余。

通常去海边玩, 不论游泳还是浮潜, 最好都是结伴而行, 这样可以相互有个照应. 4岁
的小孩子除非是神童, 都是被照顾的, 不能算是你的伙伴.
你如果想浮潜, 首先你需要一个东西让你在水里漂起来, 由于你不会游泳, 又没有同伴
照应你, 建议你也给自己准备一个救生衣(是life jacket, 不是snorkeling vest, 但
如果你有一个会游泳的同伴照看你的话, 你也是可以考虑snorkeling vest或者浮潜腰
带的). 还有, 给你的孩子准备一个救生圈, 这个很有用.
然后, 你要认真的去准备自己的面罩和呼吸管. 如果租的话, 一定要去专业的潜水店(
dive shop)去租, 明确的告诉他们你不会游泳, 让他们帮你选择合适的面罩和呼吸管.
呼吸管一定要选干式的(dry snorkel), 这样可以保证水不会灌进呼吸管里.
要准备一双water shoe(我们用的是speedo的, 还不错), 因为你很多时候会站在水里,

婚前财产：
这个争议最大。 俺觉得，婚前财产完全与对方无关，或一定要对半分的看法，都不可
取。 这个事其实可以做到很合理。像公司executives的期权一样，有个vested period
就挺合理。 比方说，婚期两年开始vesting，每年5%。十年达到50%。 毕竟婚后双方对
婚前财产的管理都会有贡献，不管是直接的还是间接的。 另外像公司的医疗保险一样
，有life event changes这个vested % 可以马上变。 比方说女方怀孕了，加 x%， 生
了，加 y%。 等等。 具体年数百分比双方协商决定。 另外还可以引入公司雇佣里
termination with cause的概念。 比方说，一方出轨或一方不能生育引起婚姻破裂的
，如何处理。
婚后财产：
这个不管谁挣多少，婚姻如何结束，都该50-50， 基本异议不大。 问题是在婚后财产
界定上。什么算婚后财产。 工资容易说，但灰色收入，婚前财产的增值等等常成焦点
。 婚前财产在婚后的收益（增值，房租，分红等），应当算在婚后财产。

前公司在2016年的時候被合併 而我2017 6/30離職
合併前後皆有stock option, quarter by quarter
但因為合併時很亂 也沒有任何文件說明哪時是vesting date (新舊公司的vesting
policy不一樣)
因此離職時有再三確認 6/30 離職 那 4 5 6 這個quarter的stock應該在7/3 vesting
或是在4/3
當初說法是4/3 所以我已經拿過 也確認我可以拿到那個quarter的stock 才離職
結果離職之後就悲劇了
2017/7 確定第三方帳戶(equateplus) 還在 一切正常
中間股況狂漲 基本上沒進去看 想說沒有要賣
2018/1 股票動盪 一進去要看 發現帳戶已被 deactive 四個多月!
2018/2 帳戶拿回 確認是前公司所為 沒有任何通知與條款下把我 deactive 快五個
月! 裡面資料一團亂
2018/2 一一比對之下 公司拿回去了一堆股票 也包含了去年 4 5 6這個quarter的股票

RSU就是一个plan，这个plan说白了是你打工的公司找会计做的分配方案。
这种乱七八糟的plan多了去了，花点钱还可以给自己定。有专门定各种plan的财务公司。
像我们合伙公司就买过这样的服务，给自己做pension, 401(K)，投资账户，一年花不
了多少钱。
你要是在公司有话语权，还可以找你的公司会计根据你自己家的情况把条款定的更适合
个人情况，比如RSU什么时候VEST，怎么VEST。
当然你就是一个毫无话语权的打工仔，那你回家好好看看条款争取稍微有利的条件。

vested。一年之内还可以换到pension。在版上看到大家都说pension好，不知道为什么
？学校contribute的多点？pension里的钱不是要5－10年才能vested吗？要是换地方了
