Here is the reply from my attorney:
CIS right now delays all RFEs, even H-1Bs, it will take far more than 60
days. CIS told us after first 60 days, if no premium conversion, extra 30-60
days should be expected |

way to disqualify a candidate who used to work at the same position with
our bank. HR says they have never been in such a specific situation before.
As a result, I will have to wait at least 6 months to get my PERM process
restarted. Hope things will get better soon. |

今天收到USCIS的邮件说“Your application remains awaiting review by an
Officer and you will be notified as soon as a decision is made. The Service
is waiting for VISA availability.”
哎，本来还以为我的到了，只要做了SR就有可能批呢。我是付申请，是不是主申请人的
没有到，我的也不会被受理阿。让律师帮我们做interfile,可猪头律师非不同意，执意
让我们重新以我主申请人的名义交了新的485. |

processed by overseas Consulate. Only National Visa Center (NVC) knows the
total number.
Every month EB2C only has 250 numbers, 80-90% are used by USCIS, 10-20% are
used by US Consulate in Guangzhou. Every month visa number is too limited.

Based on some comments from different groups, we assume that we will be
treated differently than India.
It is just like somebody told you that your indian peer will get a promotion
, and you rush to your boss again and again, and ask him why and want to get
the same promotion as well.
Can we just wait until we see the truth and take next actions??
If I am Mr. O, I will be pissed.

1.)17495 C&I PERM with PD 2007 got approved after July 2007. If we assume
half of these 17k are EB2, adding the family factor multiplying 2, we will
get 17k demand from PERM EB2. If we assume we have 3k EB2 NIW demand, we
will get 20k demand from the PD of 2007.
The first half of 2008 will generate at least 13-15k demand. Total demand
from 2007 and Q1/Q2 of 2008 will be close to 33-35k demand.
2.)The Q's Indian website did very good analysis of the data. Totally we
