发帖数: 93 | 2 My prior date is May 2007. The cases (EB2) were filed on Nov 7, 2011 at TSC
and the EAD/AP were approved on Jan. 19, 2012.
However I saw so many applicants who filed the cases later than me got their
green cards. I called the USCIS and they said it's case by case. I have no
choice but waiting. Anyone has a similar case? Thanks |

Job advertisement: - need 7-9 years of experience.
还有多大的可能过呢？我的这个年纪真是等不起了。

inventory的比例关系没有任何的意义。但是从你律师的口吻中可以判断以前第二排期
年中是会跟着第一排期前进的，现在由于有大量485，所以可能年中第二排期可能不再

interview and submit Response for RFE. My priority date is current (Jun 2012
). I went to Info Pass on Jan 23rd, 2017. The officer for Infor Pass told me
they will make a descision within 30 days. They also asked me to be patient
as there are piles of cases in the office.
Will they really make a descion within 30 days? Should I wait until 2/23 to
do a Service Request? I am also renewing my EAD. the mail delivered to TSC
