successfully connected a power line to reactor 2, the UN's nuclear watchdog
reports.
Restoring power should enable engineers to restart the pumps which send

方黑像那些电信骗子，采取的是广种薄收的策略，发的邮件多了，总有上当的。但此前
其成效甚微。他们曾向几十家国外出版社投诉，说我“剽窃”他们的插图，但只有一家
来向我问是怎么回事，对我的解释表示理解。他们曾向几十位国外作者投诉我“剽窃”
他们的文章，最后只有Root-Bernstein信了（方黑造谣说他是我的导师，其实我根本不
认识他）。不过Root-Bernstein还算不上黑，他只是对“剽窃”有很奇怪的自己定义，

民事诉讼的当事方，如果是儿童，以及智力或精神有缺陷的成年人，因为他们不能有效
地争取或维护自己应有的权益，法律允许由监护人代理他们诉讼，替他们作决定。该法
律的目的是保护儿童和心智残障者，以免诉讼对手利用他们在智力和精神方面的弱势，
掠取不当利益。
如果诉讼当事人是智力、精神正常的成年人，或者虽然存在某些方面的精神问题，但是
绝对有能力维护自己的权益，法官却硬要为其指定监护人，而法官钦定的监护人唯法官
马首是瞻，喜法官之所喜，恶法官之所恶，这就不仅仅是侵犯人权了，乃是剥夺人权。
因为，一旦法官为其指定了监护人之后，这个诉讼当事人就在法律上被视为能说会动的
