就好比 PSY 搞出一个江南风，几周内全世界都可以听见原汁原味版。
这样一来，大众欣赏的时候，心里就基本就是在跟 Worldwide Top 10 比
（注意是 top 10 个人头，而不是 10%）。
很多年以前不是这样，很多年以前，你要听帕格尼尼的演奏，你得给金币
（literally 金币）。否则的话，你只能拿这谱子随便找一个酒吧坐台小姐
给你弹奏一个，这真还不一定比你大学酱油乐队同学演奏得更好。而且就这，
这说不定比叫鸡的钱要贵上不少。
所以，时移世易，口味亦移。我们这一代听音乐的小时数还比较少，下一代
听过 3000 小时 Worldwide Top list 的音乐，就不是个事。口味自然更
刁。

income. They are subject to US income tax. That's the rule says.
Per publication 54:
If you are a U.S. citizen or resident alien, your worldwide income generally
is subject to U.S. income tax, regardless of where you are living. Also,
you are subject to the same income tax filing requirements that apply to U.S
. citizens or resident aliens living in the United States. |
