海内外投资者对中国股市分歧严重

在中国股市大幅上扬、屡创新高之后，全球许多大型投资机构已开始对其敬而远之，不
过中国国内投资者对股市的热情还在不断增加。
那么到底应该听谁的呢？
即使国内投资者是对的，对于那些面向中国以外的投资者、以中国为重点的基金来说也
没有什么不同。由于中国内地股市限制国外投资者的进入，他们只能通过购买这类基金
的方式分享中国股市的上扬。不过，这些投资者从大型国际机构那里获取投资线索要好
于参照仍在封闭的金融系统内操作的中国投资者的投资思路。
道富(State Street Global Markets)高级股票策略是迈克尔•奥苏立文(Michael
O'Sullivan)说，通常，中长期的价格会跟随这些基金的流向而变化。
道富有关全球机构投资者持仓的数据显示，他们早在1月初就开始卖出在海外上市的中
国公司股票，现在仍未重新买进──尽管中国内地股市不断走高，当地基金继续大量买
进在上海和深圳证交所上市的股票。

中国社保基金减持国内股市投资

中国社保基金周四表示，正在减持在中国国内股市中的投资。这是中国专业资金管理公
司对股价高高在上感到不满的最新信号。
社保基金是中国最大的机构投资者之一。
全国社会保障基金理事会(National Council for Social Security Fund)副理事长高
西庆在周四的一个会议上表示，市场现在狂热时间太长，我们不得不持有保守的看法，
社保基金的性质决定了它不能冒险，所以从这个角度说我们不希望看到市场大跌。
股票资产大约占社保基金人民币4,500亿元（约合580亿美元）总资产的39%。社保基金
也是中国大型银行的最大股东之一。高西庆称，社保基金今年将把股票资产比例降至30
%以下，以同上月制定的内部指导方针相一致。
中国股市的强劲上扬已经持续了26个月，大大超出了市场预期，也使担忧情绪不断加剧
。分析师称，看好后市的个人投资者大量涌入，今年以来的新增股票交易账户接近1,

也许到了该复古的时候了。
每年投资和个人理财方面出版的新书可谓是汗牛充栋。当我看到新书书评，找到原着来
读，每本只须看一两分钟，一般就可断言，那些造纸印书的树真是白砍了。
我不禁想到，那些经久不衰的理财经典情况又如何呢？可读性会不会强一点？最近，我
涉猎了三本，其中两本深得我心。
乔治•克拉森(George Clason)所写的《巴比伦首富》(The Richest Man in
Babylon)
常有人问我，财经新手该读什么书。现在，我终于找到了一个答案：《巴比伦首富》。
这本小部头在那些不断寻求自我提高的人群中颇有口碑，虽然它的名声有点浮夸，但确
是一本上上佳作。
该书是商人乔治•克拉森自20世纪20年代开始所写的小册子的合集。书中用语有
点矫揉造作，古老的语言读起来比较拗口。但书中所述之事却很有说服力，难怪长盛不
衰。

举了几个例子，一个是mesa的，还一个是scottsdale的。 说Greenspan和Buffet上礼拜都
说了，房屋市场有泡沫，他们很生气，结果就开始有人卖房套现，然后住aparment等着房
价下来，而且理由很充分。当年加州就有一年内跌40%的。纽约市大萧条的时候，10年没
缓过来。
但是呢，结尾又举了例子，加州la
jolla得一小子去年夏天就看出泡沫了，毅然卖房住apartment。现在恨不得自个儿扇自个
儿大嘴巴，因为房子又涨了10万。

个帖子贴出来后，因为有人转了sd的消息，估计敢下手的不多了。
fw上有人还在质疑这个45天，说是第四个月支付后的45天，看看记录，他也是那天
cancel的人之一，可能有点儿酸葡萄的心理吧。
总之还是有稍微点儿risk的，但是22元，可以承受.另外wsj还算是有credit的企业，只
是不想损失过多，耍了个滑头。 |

retailer J. Crew Group Inc. for $43.50 a share in cash, or about $3 billion,
