Let me tell you, if you choose ICH transfer as me do, then you need to let
them (OH) do a micro-deposit to yr bank a/c. After you receive it, then you
have to do the micro-deposit to yr OH a/c. If they confirm they received yr
micro-deposit, then you can remit the certain amount to yr OH a/c.
After you click the tab of manage accounts, go to yr transfer funds, click
it, then do the micro-deposit as I mentioned before.

6年驾龄，clean，quote了近十家，还是他家的最便宜，从all-state的3000/yr，到
progressive, geico, AAA的2000/yr, cosco, farmer, mercury的1600/yr，21st的
1300/yr，wawanesa的1000/yr。
感觉agent没啥用，和网上quote的差不到100。all-state的agent也知道自己太过分了

for example, if they give you 4000 options for free, 4-yr vested. the
market price of the stock is 20. you may think you will be very rich when
it reaches 40 even 100.
however, the real value of the option package is actually less than the
price you buy 10 1-yr calls, 10 2-yr calls, 10 3-yr calls, 10 4-yr calls,
all ATM. the total value you get may actually less than google's 200 rsu. |

利率走高， 但一般confirming loan却不升反降。加上银行给某些贷款公司的bonus
rate，现在有可能拿到20年来的最低30 yr fixed 和15 yr fixed. 针对H1B持有者， 5
yr ARM 和 7 yr ARM 也出现了两年来的最低点. 另外，High Balance 30 yr fix 今
天又再创新低。
需要re-finance的业主可以注意一下近期利率走向，省钱的机会到啦。 |

之后的目标是工作（如果有继续PhD的后路就更好了）。
CS是不是比STAT容易就业的多？麻烦大家给点选校意见欧～
UMich： CSE/MS/AD，40k/yr，1.5-2yr，综排29/专排13，工程牛校CS略弱，地方差了
点，找工作不利，不知MS转PhD有没机会；
NEU： CS/MS/AD，35k/yr，1.5yr，综排69/专排61，新兴学校，Boston的IT业还算发达
，据说学校的co-op项目也很不错，继续申PhD没什么优势；

academic不一定做serious research. 就算做research大多数人也出不了名. 看人片子
是工作,看老鼠就是research了, clinical research 门槛很低.好多在academic 的人
不愿承认, 其实好混. 在academic也能100%service, be a clinician-educator.
现在钱途好的derm, GI. Heme要看你本事,有好有差.如果就想挣钱,又不愿动脑子,又要
顾家, 做derm or GI, heme 也行, 进公司.
据说cornell不低, memorial 也不错.
从NYC penn station 开始, 往外开, 每隔50公里加5万, 200公里打住,估计工资已翻番.
academic 做过不一定有优势. 首先起薪差别不大,举例:academic, 1st yr $140k, 2nd
yr $145K,..5th yr 160K.

士，亲自到阿根廷的领事馆去示威，并且和他们的助理馆长见了20-30分钟的面。从他
们交流的内容上看到，阿根廷政府目前还是打算无所作为。
在阿根廷的华人同胞，他们的生命和财产在每一分钟都受到威胁。他们正准备着去游行
示威，发出他们的呐喊。
我们华盟发出强烈的呼吁在北美的华人同胞，把阿根廷华人的目前的境况传出去。大家
同心同德，互相帮忙，人多力量大，这样海外的所有华人才会赢得尊严。

里程数目前100K多一点，
刚刚换过刹车，去年底换了四个轮胎。
主要是carfax记录上有2个事故，1999和2000年有两个撞车事故，但似乎从salvage上看
，没有大事故。今天去试驾了，刹车还不错，老爷车的感觉，车的内饰一般，前镜起雾.
打开前盖，感觉电瓶是换过的，似乎有个用于发动机通风的管子也是换过的吧，我不懂，
第二个owner买了一年，之前有mechanich修过卖给她的。她都不知道之前出过事故。
大家给给意见，我就是用一年，明年还想卖掉。

1). Volvo S60
开起来真是不错，加速转弯刹车，turning ratio, 很紧凑solid的感觉。
内饰面板有点cheap, 座椅超棒，外观还好。
Dealer 给359/month, ZERO due at signing, 10k/yr, 35k的车。
想要成12K, dealer不干，walked away.
2). Buick Larcross
呵呵，居然去试驾了这辆车，主要是太便宜了。
32k 的车，$97/month for 24 month, $3000 due at signing, 10/yr.
比租个Camry都便宜。
但开起来太差了，和欧洲车的感觉完全相反。喜欢Lexus的人倒是应该去试试。
3). BMW 328 coupe
实在不想再要个两门的，但deal 实在是好。
46k 的车， $249/month, $4000 due at signing, 10k/yr.
相当于zero due, $349/month, for a $46k car!
