二十一世纪的造车技术，保养好了，碰到烂车真不容易。欧车的驾驶感觉，安全性应该
是不争的。但老中们总黑欧车的reliability，归根结底是一些买欧车的WSN老中要那个
谱，却不舍得花那个钱。
我用见过的实例来给你们分析看看。。
1. 点明让你有91号汽油，为剩那点油钱，非加87，号称开着没多大区别。到时候
engine，fuel injector 出问题了，怪车不好。
2. 烤罗拉可以去walmart 换个油。欧车不愿去那种地方，太没面子，又怕人给弄坏。
dealer又太贵，就能拖一天是一天，尼玛最后engine出毛病，怪车不好。
3. Air filter， sparkplug，radiator fluid 该换就要换。一是不知道，二是舍不得
，又是一个拖。。

At 3-4 yrs old: Joined YMCA soccer. It was a disaster. He wouldn't be part
of the team, always tired as it was in the afternoon and he outgrew nap, don
't know what to do when in the field. We paid to get frustruction.
At 4 yrs old: started swimming, loved it. The passion slowly die over 12mths

People used to choose 5/7 yrs ARM before due to the rate is a lot better for
5/7 yrs ARM. 5/7 arm used to be as low as 2.25%-2.5%. But lately rate has
jumped up a lot and 5/7/10 yrs ARM didn't have BIG significant different.
ie, for same conditions today, 3.25% is 5 yrs ARM, 3.375% is 7 yrs ARM and
3.625% is 10 yrs ARM.
Assuming your loan amount is 400K/LTV75%/FICO 740+
10yrs ARM monthly mortgage will be around $80 more than the 5yrs ARM, and $
56 more than 7yrs ARM. |

dispute with hospital first and get your receipt or proof for payment in
full after you paid them. Using this proof, you can dispute with credit
bureau by paying some fees to speed it up. Otherwise it will take about a

Case 2: MS 2 yrs + JD 3 yrs = 5 yrs.
If Case 2 could find an IP attorney job somewhere, which I assume is quite
possible if he/she passes patent bar during the 3 years of JD study, and make
good grades in a top school, then within 5 years (difference between Case 1
and 2), he/she sure can reach a better position than a fresh graduate of Case
1.

Regarding LTV to 80%, you need about 5.7 yrs for option (2) and 6 yrs for option (3). The total payment will be

skyrocketed", savings from initial yrs could more than offset the increase
in the later yrs. worst case is 1st 10 yrs would probably be a wash. and
you do have option to refi into another 5-yr ARM after 5 yrs.
you may be selling in 3-5 yrs, that would really put ARM loan ahead.
bottom line, no right or wrong answer--just your comfort level.

couple years ( I have a few years rate in my club for archieved history),
usually at the end of the year or the first quarter of the year, the rate is
really bad, comparing to other time.
The lowest rate for conforming 30 yrs is 3.125% but now it is 3.5%
The lowest rate for supconforming 30 yrs is 3.25-3.375, now is 3.625 to 3.75%
The lowest rate for conforming 15 yrs is 2.5% and now 2.75

middle school that i went to, there were not that many chineses around,
almost all of my teachers and classmates were non-chinese speakers. The
only time i was able to speak chinese was during my esl class, there were
several ppl there that knew how to speak chinese, so i remember during my

1. usually people start exams in college, with 8+ exams, I suppose finish
with FSA at about 30 yrs old at most?
2. Does FSA require yrs of experience? I looked up salary survey, with 5-9
yrs of experience, the median is around 110k? Is that about right for a 30
yr old FSA?
3. 20 yrs exp, 40 yrs old, got 160k? that does sound very much, comparing
to IT or doctors. Same effort, right? I thought actuary's salary goes up
